I believe he will because he has been talked about really bad in the media (when ever they do talk about him), the depression from losing as long as we have since hes been on the rockets,other players have been put ahead of him, as well as he's going to have someone else coming for his spot if he doesn't show Ime that he can handle what they are requiring from him. I believe all these factors will push him to want to be better
Getting ime udoka as a coach might be the biggest factor in making him a superstar. We know he said he wanted to make him an all around player. Only time will tell tho 🚀 Great vid
I think the biggest factor in his leap will be rim decisions and finishing. He’s been terrible at deciphering when to shoot and when to pass at the rim. He can get there at will be he needs to be a much better decision maker when it comes to when to toss up an acrobatic lay and when to kick it out. That alone would make his efficiency skyrocket

This season, I do expect a big leap from JG4.. but, -unlike Ja, Devin etc.., he won't be alone on that. Phase 2 Rockets will be presenting many actors searching for a plot. In a pecking order yet to be known. FVV, Amen next to him , Alpie in the middle, wings're crowded already, KPJ like a lion in his cage, and so on. Thus, I don't know what to expect from any of them statswise but, hopefuly, as a group they'll improve a lot and put each others better positions to succeed. That'll be awsome.
I expect Jalen to make a jump in efficiency. I expect Jabari to be leading scorer. I already saw Rico Runs highlights of him getting midrange jumpers on smaller players. This will be his bread and butter.
I think with a better chance to win, Green will become more consistent. I'm sure he can blend in like he did in his first year. It was Silas that prompted him to work on his one on one game. Can't wait for the preseason to start so I can see Amen and Cam playing with the rest of the team. Ime has a lot of work cut out for him but he has the staff to do it.
I believe his defense will be better this season because of the coach and playing with Brooks. Brooks watches a lot of film and he will communicate with jalen and the rest of the team where they need to be. What are your thoughts about his basketball IQ development? I haven’t really seen that much growth. I don’t know if it’s because of the Silas system or if he relies on his athleticism too much. I feel like Jalen Green reminds me more of Zach LaVine with a similar build and explosiveness. I am really intrigued what he will look like with structure and a veteran PG.
With KPJ arrested, Jalen will play alongside a PG 3pt shooter in Van Fleet, or a PG familiar with him in Nix, or a PG who is a pass-first in Washington.
I don't think his scoring numbers are going to be gaudy this season because of how balanced we seem to be right now. But I do think his efficiency, defense, and passing will take a leap. I also can see him having more moments like coming up big in close games. Definitely going to hit a few game clinchers and maybe game winners.
If these young players can learn to average 20 points in a system coached by a defence oriented team and make it playoffs and score 40 points in playoffs like Steph he’ll be next up
He is definitely talented and desperately looking to be famous, most probably he will get some fame. But winning games comes with efficiency only. I hope Ime will sort it out. He was the least efficient starting guard and the most blocked NBA player last year based on official stats. I hope he can develop his game, otherwise he may loose his starting spot to Kpj/Amen in few months if Ime is serious about winning. AAU ball doesnt help you to win games as seen in US/Lithuania game.
I disagree the only problem is it comes out when someone trash talks him (held game “just one example) I think he has a chip on his shoulder so I expect him to be like that consistently
