I lived off Japanese convenient stores for 3 years … the best ! I rarely step foot in convenient stores in America

Ate at the 7 eleven the entire time I was there... jetlag had me going 4-5am, picking up egg salad sandwiches, potato croquettes (if they had them), melonpan, and those fried chicken thighs, and milk tea, to start the day.

I’m going back to Japan this year, and a friend of mine is gonna visit me from the states there. I can’t wait to show him 7-11 in Japan

7-Eleven in Japan : We have everything you need, including a lot of good food for a great deal! 7-Eleven in the US : One stale Big Bite Hot Dog and a Slurpee, take it or leave it

I just got back from Japan and as a Malaysian visiting there since I am a Muslim, me and my parents had to find items with seafood, no alcohol, no pork. Thankfully they had my favorite onigiri flavor, shrimp and mayo.
