I have to rebut you on a couple of points. Early marriage is by far the best way to go about it. Especially marrying your first sexual partner. By statistics alone these relationships tend to be the happiest and the longest. I'm not surrounded by girls or boys who cheat. I don't even have to ask the people in this video to know that they cheat by the looks of it. As the saying goes, 'like attracts like.' Of course, I understand that it is normal to dare to choose only such crazy people when making a video in order to create a buzz, so I would not make the mistake of thinking that all people in that country are like that.) Do you think that just looking at these interviewees is all Japanese people? I am also surprised at the fact that there are people who talk about cheating as if it is such a normal thing to do. I am surprised to know that there are people who seem to be so stupid that they act with such a pet theory. This is because I have never felt that this is the norm in my life in Japan. Of course, there may be people who have many opportunities to interact only with such people, but I never talk to them in the first place because I can immediately tell just by looking at such dim-witted people that conversation is not going to happen. Normal people know that they can't have a conversation with people who are stupid, so they naturally avoid them. This is not a bad thing, but because I find it impossible to have a conversation with people who are not right in the head. I don't want to get involved with people I know are not sane, and in fact, I feel I was not wrong when I saw them talking about crazy things like in this video, as if they were normal. The interviewer seems to be targeting only those who would dare to cheat on their partners. Because they don't show a single person who looks serious. I use a translation tool.

Depends on how long you've been dating before you can trust eachother. In this case if your gf doesn't invite you then you dump her on the spot. There is no way for you to know they're not cheating. Not going to take the chance on being cuckolded. Personally I think being possessive is fine. But I prefer a relationship where I just don't have to worry about it at all. So I usually only date severely introverted antisocial types.

Honestly I'm not even shocked at this point. I might be generalizing people but idc at this point. The most well-known countries that produce massive animation series, movie and so on or anime, which is now pretty well known internationally, which also produces massive series about "1 mediocre guy and 5+ girls harem" type shit. It is just a porn with a little bit of plot created of the overworked and unpaid people as a cry for help to escape their unfair situations. Which now made me realize that maybe because it is a normal thing there. But then again it must be engraved in the minds of most japanese people, considering they see it as a common thing to do. I have so much respect for the clean and reserved images of Japan by the things I see and hear about them on the internet, but I guess not all are clean outside and inside.
