The only thing that will stop the Boston Celtics from competing at a very high level year in and year out is if the 2 Jays' go their separate ways. That is why the media is stirring up controversies and rumors to stop Boston from being the next dynasty. The Bucks, Sixers, and Heat are getting older and their core players are on the wrong side of 30. As much as I like competition, there are only a few young superstars in the league. Boston has 2 of the young superstars on one team which is very rare. Being 25 and 26 and being in multiple ECFS & 1 Finals at this young age with so much postseason experience is very rare. This reminds me of dynamic duo of Shaq & Kobe dominating the league for 4 straight Finals before egos' got in the way. I am not saying they will be that dominant, but they have a chance to be in double digits ECFs' and multiple Finals appearances if they stay together. Robert Williams can be added to that mix because he is still young and is a great defensive presence in the middle. The West has a few great teams, but they all have their flaws. Lebron is 38 and will have a couple of years left with the Lakers. Nuggets are a great team, but they lack defensive identity. Grizzlies have issues with maturity and their star player with off the court drama. KD, Kawhi, and Curry are all getting older and I'm not sure they will get enough support around them to contend for a title. It seems like Boston has the best overall talent and management to be a title year in and year out for another 6-8 years.

The problem is there is too many instances where brown differs to tatum and in my eyes jaylen brown is actually the better and more consistent of the two , Jason tatum should be the second option if not brown should go to another team where he can be first option

How the Celtics offense is run at the moment, everything is set up so that Tatum can succeed. While for Brown there are very few plays run for him, he can have 40 points and 6 minutes left in the game, and they put him in the corner so that Tatum can get his points. But it might be his fault because he does nothing about it....he just accepts his roll, instead of fighting for the pecking order.
