Of course, prior to 2014, he has done a lot of things, including experimenting with makeup/beauty products and all, so he knows what he’s talking about I respect Jeffree as a person for his determination to succeed, but on the other hand I despise his racist+sexist attitude I used to subscribe to his channel and watch all his video, but one day I unsubscribed when I finally accepted the fact that he is just too racist+sexist

Jeffree is an Icon, the true definition of self made. He donates so much money behind the scenes, especially to the lbgtq community. He looks stunning, & seems happier then he's been in a long time.

Texas....I think my area is the fastest growing in the US right now. It's becoming very crowded driving and you can't get a home. People from out of state are offering up to $30,000 over asking prices and house listings don't usually last more than a day. It's amazing that my property value has gone up, but sadly if I want to sell and upgrade...I won't be able to live in the place that I love. I can't talk sh*t though. I'm a transplant as well from another state.
Less taxes because less roads, people, business, developed land… he could “live” there and not live there if it’s a tax break he’s in it for. WY can be a wonderful place. If I had the resources that is where I would be. It does take a lot of effort to live there.
How? There is only ONE warehouse of MANY in WY and all his buisnesses are based out of CA and there in CA. He does have some new ventures in WY, but him living there will not change his taxes as much as y'all think😂🤦🏻♀️
I don’t like Jeffree and I don’t really care why he’s moving away from California but I feel like if I lived in Los Angeles I would also leave due to the fact that it’s become a grimy city full of talentless TikTok influencers.
Strange for the most democrat/progressive place; it has the biggest emigration rate in US, half of US’ homeless, abusive human rights issues pertaining to people with disabilities especially and more so, corrupt judiciary - but still has a good media and pop culture reputation because politics. - Then you have Texas, the most republican/conservative; fastest growing with biggest immigration rate (same numbers as CA, but to the other side of zero), healthy middle class, truly respects the Constitutions, truly understands it’s a State and doesn’t lobby federal fascism like most progressive cities, etc - but still has a bad media and pop culture reputation because politics. I am planning to move back to SC. I loved there for 3 years. Moved to NY, Michigsn , VA, I am now in Ohio but I always keep visiting SC and that is where I want to grow old and retire at. I’m hoping in the next year I am there !

If you live in Wyoming ( I do ), you know the tax thing is just a plus. The reason people love it here is we are the least populated state. Life here is free from bs & super peaceful plus the views are AMAZING! You will find though that most of us living here aren't too thrilled at the idea of people moving here. We dont want to end up like Colorado. We have more guns & Pronghorn than people, let's keep it that way 😉

I'd love to show you around! Its amazing how different the scenery is throughout the state. Casper, Jackson Hole, the northeast corner and even Laramie (where I live) and our Snowy Range (look up Mirror Lake). So much beauty. And we have some great camping spots. Real campers don't do camp sites haha
