Like the title said, it's not because of Sparkle or because Prydwen felt like bumping him due to her release, but if you do get her, you can do this but even harder with ATK% boots and a 160.1+ speed on her. No, I am not going for Acheron, and I'll note my Jing is E1S1 and my Ruan is E1 so it doesn't sound like I'm trying to bait you but I'll note his E1 is whatever and Ruan's is the main reason for the 1 cycle, but you don't need it to 2 cycle this and this MoC buff really doesn't favor Jing so this is purely showing what happens if you put effort into OUR GENERAL instead of making meta slave excuses.
And yes, I own Sparkle, this was to make a point for anybody trying to talk smack just because they don't play a char and like to regurgitate others' opinions. I pulled Sparkle because I wanted Ruan to be free to go on the other side and that's it.
