My husband gives me a kiss before going to work. There have been times when he is in a hurry and he walks out and then I see him come back. I ask "did you forget something?" And he gives me a kiss and is on his way. It is the best feeling and vise versa.
I kiss my wife, daughter and son on the cheek or head since they’re asleep when i leave for work at 5:30 in the morning. When I get home the first thing I do is hug my daughter and my son. And then I hug my wife for a good couple minutes. Family is everything. Don’t forget to remind them that. Especially if you’re gone most the day.
I really love your story. You're a good man. Statements like "family is everything" though are insensitive in some ways. "Good family is everything" makes more sense. Because how do you explain your Statement to all the sufferers of abuse, murder, and so much pain at the hands of family. Do you still recommend them to see their family as everything, or do they deserve freedom. As funny as it sounds, your situation is extremely idealistic and perhaps you need to consider this more of a Massive blessing as some people will never have the luxury of feeling this whole "family is everything"
@@lolabrini3758 I think he hugs whomever is the first, and probably is easy to find children because they run into his arms when he opens the door. The wife, being an adult, has patience.
@@tommyxavier685 His family is normal. And is everything. He has nothing to say to others who suffered abuse. It sounds like he has to "excuse" to the rest of the (envious) world for not having a wrecked family life. If someone destroys someone else's family life then he/she/ is/are the one(s) to respond, not someone who has a normal life (his own family life) and actively strives to maintain it.
I haven't seen this much of the video before. I only saw the one that said if you kiss your wife goodbye you live longer. My husband died at the age of 43. He kissed me everyday before he left for work. That's one of my favorite memories about him. I wish he would have kissed me for the 6 seconds! Ha! ♥️ Miss him so much! ♥️
I get up anywhere from 3:30 in the morning to 5:30 for work. Most days I dress as quietly as I can so I won’t wake her. But this morning she woke up and when I went to leave she rolled over to my side of the bed while I was getting my boots on and we kissed. It made my morning bright as the sun coming up and it made the many times going to work in the dark more than worth it. Been married 10 years with 4 children and she still makes my heart throb.
Always hug/kiss partner, child, parent before bed and before separation in the day. We die in our sleep or out in the world. It matters! My parents kissed each other that way and me and my parents hugged that way. Always. My dad passed when I was 29. I miss his hugs and cherish my mom's even more now!
I lost my brother at age 26. I always make sure to let my beloved ones feel my love when one of us leaves or we go to bed. I don't want them too ever doubt my love if something bad happens. Life's unpredictable.
My youngest son is a Police Officer and he's learned that it's important for me to give him a kiss and tell him, I love you and be careful before he leaves for work. Each day can be his last and I never want to regret not telling him how much he's loved. I don't have to run to the door anymore because he does it naturally now.
I adore this My parents enjoyed a genuine, down-to-earth marriage for 59 years, enduring life's challenges with maturity and prioritizing their relationship and family above all. They experienced disagreements but never let these disrupt their bond. My father passed away at 91, a year and a half after my mother, who died at 87, and I believe he died of a broken heart. Their longevity, surpassing their own parents by 25 to 35 years, can be attributed to both modern medicine and their exceptional emotional maturity and selflessness. Maintaining such a relationship requires finding the right partner and committing to hard work and dedication. While not publicly affectionate, their private moments of tenderness demonstrated their deep appreciation for each other. This level of devotion is increasingly rare, a fading trait in our culture.
My husband does this every morning for the last 19 years. He gets up with me. He makes my tea he opens the door I walk through it. He opens my car door. I give him a hug and give him a kiss and we’ve been doing that every day for the last 19 years.
@@Dont-worry1618 I pray for everyones guidance in this life, but I didn’t comment on her post to force my religion on her. I just wanted to complement her on this beautiful experience in her life.
@@Dont-worry1618praying for her relationship is allowed the the prophet of Allah made dua for a Jew that Allah beautifies his face. Nothing wrong in it dear sis/bro
Both my parents are elderlies(86yrs/75years), when my dad goes out shopping or go to the barber shops, he always kisses my mom before leaving. It’s so sweet and he has been doing it ever since I was little
“Men who kiss their wife before leaving for work live 4 years longer” “Men who kiss their wife for 6 seconds before leaving for work always end up late for work”
@@ratdaddee oohhh! Does the body react the same way when you kiss someone you don't particularly like at the moment???? For example a married couple kissing after a fight before going to work? Is this so called oxytocin still being released in such an event?
Don’t ask the question you don’t get the background. Everyone knows the simple answer but why? He even asked why not 4 or 5 just to make sure he didn’t get your answer.
@@grubyjanusz4517No, he’s right, the vernacular was wrong, they’re two very different questions. He should’ve asked “what’s the meaning/significance of the 6 second kiss?”. “What’s a 6 second kiss?” was dumb because it can only be answered literally, as a kiss that lasts 6 seconds. The English language is very precise most people are too thick to realise! 😂
There's so much of life I feel like I've missed out on. I'm 56 and have never even been close to being in a relationship. I wish I could have experienced having a loving wife and family and being able to express my love towards them. I never ever get kissed and only get an occasional brief hug from a family member or acquaintance from church.
I used to hug and kiss my mom on the cheek everyday and I would even tickle her from time to time. She passed in 2017 and I would do anything to hug and kiss her one more time. Show your parents love
Glad my Husband & I always kissed before during & after all our 51 1/2 yrs we were together ❤❤ I fully believe love has the power to extend someone's life & that "love conquers all" being loved loving reciprocated is powerful bond "trust" everything equals "love" ❤❤
Always kiss your love ones sad my grandma to me as a kid and I always do it to my kids my husband and my loved mother on every visit and on the daily phone calls I always say I love you mama and my brother and always with a full embrace hug
Just switched off life support for my young son few weeks ago following head injury When you say goodbye assume it will be the last time you see them alive. I guess I am a softy dad, living hell on earth now.
Im a man and my ex would leave a good hour or 2 before depending on the day but shed always wake me up with a long kiss and it would give me all the motivation id need to tackle the whole day
I tried doing this and my husband literally wanted to... do it... every time 😅 causing him to be late. So he literally asked me to not do kiss him or hug him for too long or else..... 😂
