I'm Japanese, and I love Korean food so much especially spicy ones. I love Korean noodles too. They are beefy and extremely springy. So many Korean foods are so called Umami Bombs. I like em even better than Japanese food.

I like the Korean "milky" broth soups too. And the ones with roots like sweet potatoes.

I went to Seoul this summer and had Gamjatang for the first time. It was amazing BUT we couldn’t finish and we never got to the rice served afterwards. We were total noobs. Do you know if this place does a fried rice dish after you finish it? Cuz I want that experience.

I don't think so because this place is not a typical Korean BBQ restaurant that has a grill on the table.

Having a drawer on the table that holds utensils might be efficient for the restaurants but not so hygienic. Who knows what other people have touched with theirs hands before picking their utensils from the drawer. They should wrap the utensils in paper covering before putting them in the drawer like many other Korean restaurants do.

Gamjatang is pretty much like Mexican pozole. It just needs the maize 🌽.
