I remember back when they were promoting fiesta, news came around saying she had to take a break because she was having anxiety bursts and the group would have to promote without her. Fiesta was their comeback after the scandal, and there was a lot of pressure from people who wanted izone to disband. Then their next performance, eunbi was still there dancing, singing and having fun with the group. She never took her "supposed" break, but continued to promote until the promotion ended. That alone speaks of how important her time with izone is to her. Even anxiety or depression or stress couldn't stop captain from leading this group. It was something special

This video is absolutely about Eunbi as it should be. But I can’t help but relate to Yujin in that clip. I also get hurt when things are said very straightforward and blunt to me, and try to hide it, so it doesn’t affect others around me. I am also the one who seems outgoing, but on the inside, is more introverted. I’m also the one at the back of the group, getting others involved. I’m also the one getting everyone else to smile, because that’s what makes me happy: seeing others happy. Yuri, Yujin and Wonyoung are so young, and there are so many people out there hating them. They always seem so professional and strong on camera, but there must be many times when they just can’t handle the amount of criticism being lobbed at them. I empathize with them.

I can also relate to Yujin a lot. Sometimes people aren’t even being mean to me, but if they talk to be in a very straightforward way, if they say it very bluntly to me without at least “filtering” it so that it won’t hurt me, it makes me feel bad. Yujin is so young, and it’s not good for her to go through this pressure as an idol yet. Luckily she has our leader eunbi to help her

I'm really good at convincing myself that it's fine when it's not. Seeing Yujin like this, I can relate to her a lot and her literally being the same age as me. I'm glad Iz*one was there for her, and the unnies to comfort Yujin by her side. I couldn't imagine them being apart

Eunbi is the perfect leader for IZ*ONE. She cares so much for the girls, and helps them everytime! It must be hard for her to be the “older sister” that everyone can rely on, to make decisions that will affect 11 different people, etc. she’s so kind and considerate, I love her sm :( I’m sure that she will be the best leader ever in whatever next group she debuts after izone. And even if she goes solo, I’m sure the girls will still look up to her. I’m sure they learned a lot from eunbi. Thanks captain eunbi for leading this girls in the best way!

love how you compare all of eunbi's relationship/interaction at first of and she really adapts her personality depending on who she is with a sign of a kind and considerate person. A person who isn't afraid to show emotion and to tell us how she is not that great she lacks is a trait of good leadership a great leader does not say he/she is the best but rather conveys her weaknesses and has to take full responsibility of everything that could go awry. Also a good leader can see through everyone through their weaknesses and strengths shaping the team as each others strengths can topple each others weaknesses and make their team greater. If I was a thesaurus i'd say leader = kwon eunbi. Seriously I think we can't express enough how she is the greatest kpop leader we ever known. one more thing a good leader like her does not bring order to chaos but tries the best of her abilities to balance it out and if you gear towards more order than you are quite a perfectionist yourself which could be bad as she will never be satisfied if it is the case you might understand what i say if you have been to lots of group activites with classmates as this will always be true in any cases as for me I am the kkura type who always need to take orders and do not engage in anything first till told to do so also a homebody like kkura.
