Estate parks like that usually have no soliciting. So I won't be able to take my camera gear in there and record it. But what I could do is make a video later on about trailer parks, pros and cons and some minor details that people tend to forget. A good example is the right of first refusal. But I would recommend if you want information I would call that community. I am more than willing and super happy to answer any questions you may have.
