Great video. I visited Boulder during winter a few years back. Charming place. it was a sunny day. But during the night we experienced heavy cold winds which were scary. Would love to visit again but for moving I would look into other small towns of Colorado.
1970s bumper sticker: "Don't Californicate Colorado". By early 2000s dear little Boulder had become another San Francisco. Been there, done that. Change is hard, but lots of money will ease the pain.
Even if Boulder is still on the expensive side, there are several towns around the city that are way more affordable! Yet you still get the Boulder experience! Let me know how I can help when the time comes!
