There are also locals renting out Airbnb’s. They bought low and now fixing up homes. It’s not just LA people…I spend a lot of money there, I help your community. We all aren’t bad.
Both can be a great investment. Joshua tree has more Airbnb‘s but also closer to 29 so it could potentially be a long-term rental as well for military. Yucca is great for long-term or short-term! Please feel free to reach out w any questions
