You probably just saved me thousands of dollars! I have all most ALL of these issues. I have been to my family doc & they did tests to make sure there wasn’t anything serious going on. There isn’t. I never thought it may be menopause, I don’t think she did either. Thank you, thank you!
Cold , low blood pressure 92. 64 68. Ugh. Light headed and migraine with flashing in my eyes. This sucks. 53 just started. Been 3 months my period not on time. I added salt , doing magnesium foot soaks and lotions and potassium and drinking more water. My blood sugar was 68 this morning but I am carnivore so normal is low. Adding salt raises blood pressure, had low pressure forever. Just worse now. I workout 5 days an week for 30 minutes. Walk alot when no snow.
Hi You could look at the herb Hawthorn as this is known to support blood pressure, either high or low, although it can take a few months to start showing benefit. Best Wishes Eileen

I’ve been taking motherwort for palpitations and anxiety and I have always had low blood pressure. But recently I’ve been feeling faint. Also I’ve had tingling and numbness in my extremities for quite a while now. Could you please tell me if motherwort is contraindicated with low blood pressure please? Is hawthorn ok?
Hi Linda It is best to ask the manufacturer of the product you are taking as it may depend on the dose or whether there are any more herbs in the product. Hawthorn is often recommended for low blood pressure but it is quite slow and may take several months to show benefit. Tingling and numbness can be caused by a number of issues such as low vitamin B12 or even diabetes so it is important to get this one checked out by your doctor. Best Wishes Eileen
Hi This could be caused by a number of health issues including low blood pressure so it is wise to get a proper diagnosis from your doctor first. Once you know the underlying cause, it will be much easier to sort Best Wishes Eileen
