It's rare to see Lugia used a lot nowadays despite being a restricted Legendary Pokemon.
Amongst the sea of powercreep consisting of Calyrexes, Terapagos, and recently even Miradons...
What exactly can Lugia do?
Coming into Regulation G 2024 - with tools like Multiscale and Calm Mind at its disposal, Lugia has potential to survive multiple heavy hits from its fellow Legendary competitors.
