I think that this is an axing development! My only small concern is that if fields West will have an impact on Legacy West. For those who don’t live in the area, Legacy West is technically in Plano but only like 7 or so miles north on the tollway from where fields West will be. I love Legacy West, but always wished it could be bigger. Fields West will be 10 times bigger! That’s going to feel like another Frisco downtown!
I’m in “Frisco Adjacent” just north of 380 - “wanted to be sure we won’t be overrun with traffic” - That’s a joke - Traffic is already insane and is getting worse by the hour + constant construction delays - Of course I shouldn’t complain, I’m part of the problem having moved here from New Jersey 🤠
I hope these two happen in Frisco's Universal Studio: 1.) It should have Nintendo world ( At Lease, kids version ) because Frisco is proud of its only (unique) USA video museum. 2.) Harry Potter world ( at least kids version )! If you search internet, you can see how much kids like Harry Potter related things.

They are narrow. But there is design and homes for everyone. Yes, they are a bit on the expensive side but whoever buys will make equity in spades! So, to me its an epic investment not just purchasing a home.
Love it all with in 15 minutes like groceries, doctors etc As we get older we don’t want to drive one hour to get to the places we need to go like food , doctor etc specially now day people having tons of strokes or Garth attacks is important to have medical care asap to survive ! Living in middle of nowhere is a de difficult if you have to wait for medical care ..
Sure glad I live in Prosper and NOT Frisco. Already too much traffic there and only going to get much worse. However "Millions" of people are NOT moving to Frisco. Thats a ridiculous statement. Don't believe such nonsense.
