To eliminate the black mold, you need a combination of chemicals and substances which will kill the surface mold, soak down and kill the roots, and leave behind a film which will kill new colonies.

It's not at all what we mean by "good mold" though. It's rather penicillin, the mold used to make cheese, etc.

The heat may kill the mold, but the toxins remain and that's what can harm or kill you.
