I wouldn't know anything about that. Where I live if I see another vehicle at all I consider it heavy traffic. Of course, in such an area two and a half hour drives are common but that is non stop driving.
Personnally I think the major problem with EVs are the power supply, the battery pack. They are heavy, extremely expensive, take a long time to charge, the rare earth minerials that compose the battery are extracted in ways that are truly destructive to the ecosystem and even use slave labor to extract it (as in Cobalt from the Congo from child labor in mud pits). But if the manufactures used grafene super capacitors instead they would have a full charge under a minute, weight less and cost less. Chinese public EV buses already use super capacitors and they recharge via induction at every bus stop! They can even charge at below freezing without any problems. If they would draw their power from an induction electric field as envisioned by Nicola Tesla they wouldn't even need a power source in the car. Nicola Tesla used induction to light up lights at a distance without the bulb being plugged in an electric socket. Every engineer knows this but the globalist want to limit the publics transportation means. They want to control our mouvement and that's why they are mandating the EV with the battery pack. The Grand Solar minimum which we are entering will be at it's worst in 2028 to 2030 and all these mandated EVs will not be able to charge a -40°. Crops will be failing and people will be without food or transportation. Yet an internal combustion engine would keep you warm and mobile.
All cars can drive on the freeway at 60 mph. Attaining those speeds used to be only in racing cars. Sports cars have no practical purpose anymore. Therefore, all engines will soon produce no more than 100hp and all engines which produce more will soon be phased out.
