Why Nobody Seems Authentic Anymore 

Thanks for sharing and for your insights. We cany embrace who we truly are because we werent nurtured for who we are in our childhood. We survived childhhood, by ''becoming'' the person who we would be liked for, by our parents family members and teachers. TV and media taught us how to adopt to a self image that is ''desired'' by culture. We actually dont know who we are, we not consciously aware aware of how negative we feel about ourselves, majority have zero self confidence, we all are believing the lies we were brought up with about ourselves. We dont love or trust or believe in our true being, and there for cannot ever been sincere or authentic, one must take the journey back to their true essence, through all the lies, the pain, the shame and the darkness in order to find themselves again, its a gruelling life long journey. I think through my experience, only about 2% of the population are on this journey. We dont just find our true self, just like you can meet your soul mate, it takes a lot of effort to build and nurture the relationship, so it is with the relationship that we have with ourselves.
