October is a very exciting and challenging month in hot air ballooning, but this year has an exception. With the looming Queens Cup race the Long Jump has taken a backstep, this does however mean as there is no official jump I will be able to do a demonstration of one soon! I have included as mentioned the link to the LJ down below.
At the time of publication 26/9/23, The Queens Cup is currently on standby as it looks like the weather conditions could be favourable for the race this coming weekend (30th September-1st October) there is currently no live link to the race so the only recommendation I can make is on Facebook by searching "The Queens Cup 2023" Looking ahead at the forecast it looks possible that there could be a repeat trajectory of Cambridgeshire flyover for the contenders! I hope you have as much excitement as I had back in 2013 as they flew over my town at a far greater height than I was at here!
