I needed this today more than anyone could know. I'm battling throat cancer and am tending to my 85 year old mother with Dementia. It is very painful to talk and she won't get out of bed but asks the same questions over and over. If I don't answer her she start hollering over and over. I'd about lost my patience with her more than once. I listened to this and I calmed down. Thank you so much.

Another saying "" On second thoughts"" if we observe that there a changed decision reflects for what reason it has been taken. Experience brings in wisdom.

You are so in tune with the current needed frequency. I notice towards the end of the year it feels challenging being hard on myself if I accomplish on my resolutions from January.
