I am into design sales for last couple of years. We're doing websites, smm, SEO and graphic designs etc. Being from a third world country reaching out to US and UK markets pretending to be one of em it's really very hard to get the clients trust upon the call due to accent and a lot of competition in the market and every lead I peaked from bark has been hiting by hundreds of calls instantly and it's really very hard to get the client on call and hang on enough to deliver what I need to say. We do have a huge portfolio and we do deliver the quality service. Any help, ideas or suggestions on that..?

Niche down into your most profitable service, get your clients lots of results, they will tell more people about you. Use the results to create case studies and leverage them to approach similar clients. Show them your successful track record and established system. When you offer too many services, you invite more competition.

This applies so well to recruiters. It’s within a few minutes that you can assess all levels of the trust triangle. Ones I’ve never gotten back to. - Too friendly and complimenting at first without really knowing you - Any direct questions are either dodged or sugarcoated, or worse are diverted into how much money you’ll make - They don’t care about you, they care about their client.

Most sales people have the competency to explain the products or services in a logical way. It’s the authenticity and/or care for people that’s lacking a lot of the time. Authenticity helps customers care about you and caring for your customers helps increase their perception of your authenticity.

Love this and is exactly what I needed to hear. It's not about intentionally deceiving people or even about making a sale. I'm true to myself in my inner world but play nice and lean into being polite and nice in social and professional settings. Not so much for me but for others as to not offensively rock the boat. So even though I feel I am genuine in intentions, the holding back of all my true colors likely come off as inauthentic. Totally makes sense

Hey, thanks for the video!!!! This will actually save my life soon I think. It actually opened my eye to the fact that I hate when someone I don't know sends me an offer I didn't ask for. I experienced it last week, and I felt really annoyed. This is hilarious because soon I will be part of a sales effort for a project at the company I work for, and we'll be dealing with cold leads mainly. One thing was said in the video that lit a bulb in my head: I got annoyed because it was clear as day that the person only cared about sales so much that they didn't do proper research on our website about what we do, what problems we might be facing, and what we might need. Their first contact message was dry and seemed like a template message they would send to any other potential client. If they had included in the message something that indicated that they did proper research and actually cared about what we are about, I would've felt less annoyed and more open to talking to them.

Always great to see Chris at this camera angle in full teaching mode. Always loved watching the class room recorded talks also. It’s like a peek into the pro classes. One of my favourite things that I have learn for your videos Chris is that you have to be willing to server the customer even if that means you don’t make the sale. The worst thing is having a client that doesn’t fit what you can full do. And this becomes harmful in the long term. You might make the sales but you might lose the client. Signing up to the pro course soon! Looking forward to become a student of the Chris dojo!

The lets put more confirmations to her feed to distract. The irony, the ones who conforms. Corrals. Just like a newbie, sounds like riddles yet everything everyone says is highly understood. Just like I.T, Sales, Marketing, Infrastructure, Platforms and everything related to a business, always led my life then the excitement of new boy, new job, new age, new bro-in-law while the wives make the oldest buy them everything. The most expensive and the most high end with the least complaint, the love of my sister to their new life, while my elevation to moving up started crumbling down. The ROI my love for my second totally forget my life as a Manager to a fortune 500 and a start up to a brand new business in my country was nothing to talk about. They love the attention and the highlights. NHL to His favourite Team goes Public. Wow, did not expect to her name with the same number to my ICON, the same birthday to the celebrity I last 'obsessed over' true calling to finding out what led me there, I learned. They collected enough info to make statements then claim the house they didn't care for 2009. It is 2024 as The 'authorized person'. While just like a business stump, both parents and oldest sister on the couches 2 complete dial up to 1 complete DOA 2022 during the VIBRATION of intentions since 1990's. The cut off of the lines to an aspiring Engineer, a Law Clerk, and a Manager, and a Grocery Clerk. 11/30/97 is a significant date of lives taken that effected who we are today, as a whole. Legal to Illegal activities 1990 to 2024. Truth hurts. Red and White with a Leaf to Red, Blue Stripes with Stars, the Twin Tower Beacon of light 6 months POST to all the emergency went unheard. You started this Channel the very year I was very busy building up for a very prominent company also the same time I was the one planning the wedding fit for Royals as 1 person took a sick leave for 3weeks unexpectedly with now covering all the big accounts to forced to depart because of restructuring with 0 reasons for departure. The very man did nothing as the new husband. Having saved up almost $7000 to my name to having to use my savings to owning my own car to him being the driver since 2013. Truth, logic, Empathy, I have lived by since Birth with Grandparents who raised me. 0 emotions of resentment nor regrets. My Babies probably thinks I am dead somewhere with 0 old except my Senior Parents. The opportunities of business plan as a child to adult to a mother, all shut down. In hindsight, my mission is just/ice. In Case of Emergency to these 3 as Contact Person when it was suggested, implemented. The irony.

Hey Chris, I do something quite similar to the "Big fan, curious if you're doing anything with emails" example. Ive got an issue though. Whenever I click on someone's profile to make an outreach to them i usually try to make it a 3 to 5 day process of letting them know of my "existence" before i make my pitch. So they don't feel like I'm only in it for the sale. The only thing is i feel like this wastes a bit of time tremendously. Both mine and theirs. Because i dont want to get all super friendly in the dms. Because it wastes their time and my time. (it feels really fake to me you know? So is everything about social media. The putting yourself out there thingy. It all feels fake.) But i know i have to learn how to interact with these people so I can get them the best results and also succeed too. But the talking aspect and time aspect is all too confusing. Or am i just being immature and lazy?

When you for for corporation, or with corporation there is nor relationship to be developed. These organisations are inpersonal, and often bureaucratic where no one want to take any responsibility, particularly management. Only small or medium size are good clients, when you meet, talk to the top management, or stakeholders. Marketing people inside client's company are usually the worse enemies of good solutions. About 50% of excellent designs ideas, and communication solutions are rejected, and these should be collected and presented in your portfolio, not a crap which client approved are compromised.
