It is growing on me, came from an s21 ultra but had only 128 storage and needed 512, and I am sick of Samsung's bloatware that takes up my space and you can't uninstall. The s23 will be even worse.
100% agree coming from the S20 fe 5g which was great also googles software experience is just leaps and bounds ahead and the haptics make it even better
I just got my s23 ultra after switiching from 11 pro and I hate it. You think this will be better? I hate Samsung's UI and don't really care for the camera.
@@frazmeup I think the S23 Ultra is over priced for what it is.. I'm assuming you mean the iPhone 11 pro? That's my secondary phone and if you prefer iOS you will most likely always prefer it. The Google pixel experience is more like iOS than Samsung's which have a lot of bloatware and unnecessary Samsung apps. I like both operating systems for different reasons and app optimization varies app by app
Glad to see you show the pixel 7 pro some love..am really happy with the 7..I would like to see how much Google updates the 8 pro..I would like the faster 120hz refresh rate and higher ppi screen.. still happy with the regular 7 and my updates have been first Monday of the month like clock work.. and 295.00 off for my Samsung s10e.. nobody else can match that off..so value wise .. your right.. pixel is the way to go for money 💰..very happy customer..my pixel 7 came from Google store..they said updates would come faster straight from Google and am seeing and a believer.. great video Nick
@@NukedAbe Pixel software is much cleaner and smoother than Samsung. That's just facts. Samsung has gotten better for sure, but Pixels are better in terms of overall smoothness and fluidity.
The only problem with this screen seems to just be the glare when your out doors to mean but that doesn't affect you from seeing anything on the screen really that much, The phone does run off of a arm based processor which is Samsung jointly produced and Google after all. What are you gonna do on your phone besides browse the web watch media maybe play games.
Really love my pixel 7 pro. I work for Verizon and I have to say the Samsungs and Motorola phones don't really impress me anymore when it comes to Android. Pixel phones take the best pictures in my opinion. Great video 🔥
I just ordered Pixel 7 Pro from Visible. They are offering them for 30% off so I have a 256GB model on the way for $699. Looking forward to seeing if they ironed out the heat and modem issues with the Pixel 6 Pro.

Definitely agree about best value. Google Pixel have got price structure right. Had I not got iPhone 14 Pro Max I would have definitely gone for Google Pixel 7 Pro.
I'm very happy with my 7 Pro as a daily driver right now. Does everything very well for the money. If I had one gripe - I wish the default Pixel launcher was more customizable. That's the one big area One UI kills it in. (Yes I know we have launchers too.)
Yeah it's a bit plain but I tried using my s21 ultra again today and I just didn't like how it felt compared to my 7 pro. One thing I wish is the power button to be lower than the volume rockers
Decided to use my P7 case less.. 😅 i just put removable adhesive on the back of my popsocket and stick it on my p7 so that i can remove it (hopefully) without scratches. I just love the feeling of using my p7 without a case.
while in Singapore, this phone retails above 1000sgd (1299 for 128gb), which is still a bit on the high side (hope it would cost slightly below 1k), its definitely way cheaper than 14 pro max (sgd1800+ for 128gb) and it offers more (:
I don’t know why everyone buys iPhone when it is really expensive and offers less features than android phones. I am using an iPhone 13 pro and I really want to go back to android.
I like mine. Only issue I have is the touch sensitivity is weird. While watching a video, when I tap the screen to change the video quality, sometimes I have to tap the screen 2-3 times before anything happens. I had an A70 and didn't have any issues like that.
If you have a screen protector on. Go to settings and on the screen protector mode. This increases screen sensitivity. Then your screen becomes more responsive and you will not have to tap the screen several times.
Some places like Swappa and ebay. I've seen this phone below 750 that's brand new too. I'm thinking about getting this or just the 7. Or just wait for the 7a to come out
@@adamschulte5903 I personally think the pixel is a better deal you can buy it and still have money in your pocket and the pixel exclusive features are great and you get software update first before any other android phones
The S23 ultra blows this 7pro away in terms of raw power. But coming from a s21 ultra to this 7 pro, I can't explain how enjoyable this has been to have a pixel phone. There isn't anything wrong with getting a S23 ultra or pixel. Just got and test each one out and see what you like.
@@swagboss10000 - I think you're right on the Pixel 7 Pro being a better deal... I just read an article where the bloatware of One UI on the S23 series takes up 60GB. The apps on the Pixel 7 take up 15GB... I think we have a winner with the Pixel 😁
Some people love it or hate it but the last few years I was with Google. So now Google is my current stand. I use to be Samsung. But Google is perfect. And has an easier navigation system for apps. I couldn't stand Samsung's UI.
Can't lie I'm still a samsung fan but this pixel is a solid choice for new to Android users just need to help another of people get into it with a simpler ui

i agree, they just dont do promos like samsung and apple do .. at the end of the day they dont even have their stores or retailers in MANY EUROPEAN countries even where u can officially buy their phones and swag ffs !!! .. they are horrible .. anyway, i could bring back the 6a Nick .. been a while since u showed it, lets see how it works with the newest updates . + u can do a pic vs pic with the iphone 14`s ...
@@nickackermanchannel you make a compelling argument but the luxury that comes with it might justify it, the futuristic dynamic island, the video performance, and as you always say, it’s a status symbol😂 so it is worth it, it’s value also won’t depreciate as fast as android counterparts over time.
@@heyking8583 it looks cool though😂😂and it’s very much usable, even android phones will copy it, it’s smaller in size compared to the notch and it’s unique, apple can’t be looking like an android smartphone with that punch hole at the top of the screen so they were creative, credit has to be given where it’s due😊
It's all down to marketing, google is catching up though, as long as they don't drop out like LG and Microsoft did, they will likely become the largest 3rd player
My 7 month old iPhone 12 has basically become a brick. It’s been getting boiling hot, and dies within an hour. AppleCare+ won’t do anything because it’s at an “acceptable” condition. I traded it on a Pixel 7 Pro, and it comes in on Wednesday. I sure hope this is the end of my constant struggle with slow, outdated, awful phones.
I want it but im so use to having the edge panel feature of Samsung that i cant have a phone without that feature. Does Pixel have edge panel feature????
