I bought the program, been lifting for 5 years at a high level. 19yo now with bodyweight 175 bench 250 squat 430 and deadlift 465. Will update after the program has been run a time or two.
So essentially every program you can find for free online. Literally run the best fking 12 weeks of powerlifting or something like that and it includes everything he mentioned in “his” program. Nothing special
