Because he wasn't in his home state on election day. Mail-in votes are only supposed to be only for students and military who are not on their home country on election day.

If a state legislature votes to send mail-in ballots to every registered voter, while I think that's a really terrible idea, it's a Constitutional bad idea; if it's any other agency that does it, it's unconstitutional and such votes should not be counted.@@FAITHandLOGIC

If we did that, they’d actually have a reason to be upset. It would legitimize their position. The solution is to out vote them and demonstrate that the majority of Americans are not on their side.

As much as I'm annoyed by election deniers, that is simply a violation of their rights as citizens. Sorry dude, you need to read up on the laws and rights of citizens. There are a lot of bad people in the world, but they still have voting rights (assuming they are not criminals) that can't be taken away from them. Election denying is NOT a crime, it's stupidity. Every citizen has a right to act and be stupid which would include election deniers.

There is NO evidence that voter fraud played any significant part in any recent elections. Having almost 200 million voters all try and show up on just one day is ludicrous.

@@thatelmoguy1911 Then we got increase the number of voting locations. I watched a video where in countries like India there is a voting poll every 2km, so if they can do it, we surely can. The government should not make it a hardship for their citizens to go vote. It is their constitutional duty to provide safe, secure, and easily accessible voting locations.
