George Bush worked with Noriega, when Bush was head of the CIA. And Barr? He also lied to Congress about the Mueller report. Lying to an official of the US government is a felony. Trump has also done plenty of that. Why are these guys still walking around? Because we have special treatment for our oligarchs. If any of this is incorrect, it would come out in trial, but we have two sets of laws in this country. One for the wealthy and elites, (ever hear of white collar crime and white collar prisons?
