Your wrong about sneako, remember he said he got beat up and was happy for the first time in his life. Sean, in his mind was trying to help sneako. He calls himself a pos, it’s not a joke he is being himself. Saying he should set a better example, means you think he’s playing he is not playing. He once said he enjoys hurting people that don’t know how to fight. And in that video, everyone told sneako that Strickland will really hurt him at least four people, said Strickland does that on purpose to new people, and sneako said that is exactly why he wanted to fight him. You might not like watching a killer whale eat a seal it might be gruesome, but the whale is not setting a an example because that is just what he is. That was such a virtue signal it ruined the whole vibe of your video. You don’t understand fighting if you think there is some notion of honor. People hurting people for a living is exciting, don’t pretend you disapprove of violence just because it’s a popular opinion. Do your research and actually watch sneako say he wanted to be beat up not literally but when everyone says that’s what will happen and he says than I want to fight him. Also, “I don’t agree with everything he says” are there fighters you do. It’s a clear message of “I disagree with him and I want you to do know”. Why not just let your character speak rather than take a dig at him. Unless you say that for every fighter you, your saying for him because you explicitly want people to know you disapprove. I guess all are friends can rest easy knowing you’re on the right side of history. Pff. What Exactly… Exactly don’t you agree with and why, or is it just you said to many positive things about the man so you need to pull it back just so nobody thinks you approve of him. Trashy conceited and tragic ending to an otherwise eloquent documentary. Nobody sane would accuse anyone of alignment with a persons thought process just because they admire someone. It bespeaks of the sanity of the company you keep or your fears about a loss of popularity for supporters someone. Either way a vapid expression of your own concern for self image over personal substance and character. Again you’ll say”all I said was I don’t agree with everything he says” and I say do you always say that or are there particular things about this man you find deplorable from an image standpoint. Because it’s obvious from your heart you support and find his story moving, but your intellect not your heart but the voice on your shoulder telling you to care about the judgement of others says “be sure to signal to people you don’t support what he supports, because someone could take issue.”, I say F that voice and stop bending the knee to fear of judgment and you will stop thinking in judgmental ways. Free yourself from the lie that others thoughts matter and free yourself from the plastic veneer of looking positive while glorifying violence. Violence is the worst thing we have yet human beings enjoy it, just own it. Don’t live under the pretense that you have to pretend that you can only enjoy the darkness when others say it’s ok.
I agree with basically everything he says. So do the rest of us. Don’t be a pussy. Bullying is what keeps people from turning into bigger freaks. Look at the world we live in now.

@FallGuysFTW Yeah they both left it to the judges and sadly you can't always do that in this sport. While I think DDP had good pressure the whole fight, Sean landing more strikes, and earning stand ups within seconds of DDP getting take downs should put more chips in his corner, still a very close fight. I think the main reason why Sean lost is the cut above his eye, I think the blood swayed a lot of scoring, even for me a little when watching it live.
@@bobjimbobjim9006 yeah they both left it to the judges, but DDP had more control time had more aggression time, and that means a lot in the criteria of judging. It means more than a few strikes. Hate to say it.
There is something so respectable about a champ that becomes the champ in a massive upset, and then turns around quickly, fights the clear next contender, the scariest guy in the division, and fights a war. Regardless of winning or losing the first defense.
He dug deep and earned that first title defense in the 5th. Absolute travesty that they took that from him. That Izzy vs DDP should’ve been a 5 round number 1 contender bout with Strickland as the defending champion 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
Strickland has one of the most overlooked inspiring stories in the ufc guys inspired me to change my life around from being a complete low life asshole to now i been training over a year ive been sparing a lot and man its all thanks to strickland

Pretty sure Sean hit his head pretty hard in that motorcycle accident lol, it actually makes sense now why he changed so much personality-wise after that accident. Traumatic Brain Injuries are well known for causing personality changes in people. I feel like that hit in the head got rid of his ability to inhibit his behaviour, got rid of his filter entirely 😂

Saying defensive fighters aren't entertaining is wrong. We should enjoy the technicality of the fight as much as the knock out punch and power. We must be better, better than those scripted pro wrestling fans.

I feel bad for Helen Yee. I feel like she's been doing interviews with Sean for YEARS way before Nina even existed on the MMA scene. She'd always do interviews with Sean, I think she was actually friends with Strickland and once Sean became champ/became buddy buddy with Nina he completely ditched her. Sad. Also got no mention at all in this documentary yet all the praise went to Nina for bringing out his personality but there are so many interviews with Helen where you can see Sean's personality.
I rewatch the Abus fight and Izzy fight pretty often for morale, I was pleasantly surprised to see a doc from one of the best MMA youtubers out there when I searched for it today. Great work as always!

It's beautiful to see Strckiland's journey, how he changed for the better and always stayed true to who he was. Just like Poatã's story, showing that if you keep it real and keep going, you can go much further than you ever imagined to achieve your dream.
Here's the thing guys, when Nina started screaming when Sean won the belt, it kind of choked me up a bit. She loves her friend. If you have a friend that loves you, you're lucky. Sean deserves a friend like that.

Here's the thing you guys....it helped me notice a few things i hadn't before amd the moment when the belt first got wrapped around his waist amd he started to tear up man...that really hit me hard 💪 amd i never saw the seen where nina was so happy for him bi thought that was awesome as well. Amd im REALLY EXCITED for the Don Fry doc i honestly been wanting to see you touch on some of the just bleed 🩸 days or the Pryde days but thought it was out of the question. I know alot of those guys have a ton of material on them but....your style i think would make it fresh

Sean S. is looked at for being one of the most mind-fucked UFC fighters…. and yet I relate to him the most. There’s a beauty to being honest and open and an independent thinker. I think most of us are more similar to him than we admit. I respect this dude.

“Dricus du 🐈” I must admit, that’s the best thing I’ve heard come out of a man that wears pearls, paints his nails, has frosted tips, and watches cartoons porns mouth. Props to Izzy for that. Personally idc for Dricus du 🐈, that shit was epic.
Piece of advice? Some of the best creators make MMA commentary videos. Molly Whoppery comes to mind first. He’s got distinct voice and style. Morning Kombat, the mma hour have the current events down. Find your voice, something special to set you aside. The first channel I mentioned is so unique, I’d recommend taking a line to see what I mean and figure where you’re going but this is excellent start. Don’t drown in the mediocrity around basic commentary channels.
