Revered Swami Atmarupanandaji is a renowned Monk and scholar of Ramakrishna Math. He joined the monastic Order in 1969 and has spent years in India, and later at the Vedanta Society at Hollywood in USA, engaged in monastic, scholarly and spiritual training.
He combines a contemplative and mystical approach with an extraordinary scholarly training and a good sense of humor that are helpful in explaining subtle concepts of Vedanta to students. He has spoken at several national and international conferences and meetings on Vedanta in the light of teachings of Swami Vivekananda. He has written numerous thought-provoking articles on spirituality and self-development.
