GD was always critical of Seungris ways (like whet him expose the rest of the band to YG becouse of the "secret vacation") but he also tried talking to him, as he said on the tour, "Seungri doesnt eat with us anymore and that makes me sad". Oh come on. Everyone thought seungri was innocent until this shit came up. Do you really think you can now 100% be sure that your favourite idol is a good person?? I think not. I can't listen to big bang anymore. I can't be sure of other artists either. Everyone just seems suspicious to me. This crime is the perfect example of the saying "you don't know what people are hiding in their closets."

Of course not everyone is as rotten as Seungri and co. But also, idols are idols. The kpop industry is a business first and foremost. Sure, there are still many idols whose values and morals are intact and are just working hard to do what they love but it doesn't mean that what they show on camera and what we see is completely genuine. They're humans. They might not be as innocent and pure as they seem and as how we see them to be. Theyq might have some not so pretty sides, just like everyone else. I guess what I'm saying is, while we still can like idols and admire them, we should not be too naive to think that they're all what they show us to be. Image is very important in the entertainment business and those who want to succeed must maintain a favorable image to the public. As bad as this may sound, but after this, I am more cynical of idols because while it is true that the rotten ones are being revealed, some who have similar tendencies must be laying low and just being careful.
