I used to work in a bpo company.due to an family emergency in the last day of training which was almost 2 months i did witch was forbidden to be absent i really had no choice.and bec of that i was terminated.what would be best answer to interviewer who'd asked the question why did u leave ur last job.

Coach pa notice naman po.! Lagi po ako nakakapasa sa mga exams sa govt kaso pag interview bagsak naman palagi. Maayos naman po akong sumagot Coach kaso baka kulang sa conviction. Hindi ko po alam ganun po palagi nangyayari. Sayang din kasi effort ko kaka apply 3 yrs na until now po. Ano po pwede isagot kapag tinanong ka na: "What is your edge compared to the other applicants?" " what can you contribute? " "Do you think you deserve the position!?" mga ganung tanong po Coach nakakapanghina. 😭 Hopefully may sumagot dito. Salamat!

Hello Ma’am lyqa! I had my first job and I stayed there for 7 mo and eventually resigned for the reason of professional growth, I learned a lot from them, and yes rin there’s a presence of toxic work culture sa dati kong work so keeping it discreet, I said na lang to the interviewer that the reason I resigned is for professional growth. But then slight na pinaikot ako ng HRD na, “oh your reason pala for resigning is professional growth e marami ka naman palang natutunan dun bakit ka pa umalis dun? What is the major reason talaga?” And I stunt for a bit kasi I don’t want to say naman kasi na ang toxic sa dati kong work . So I insisted na for professional growth and if I’ll be employed in your big company it would be honorable and I persevere to work harder. Was it the right to say it, Ma’am?

Hi Miss Lyqa Maravilla! 😊 How should I address you po? hehe I watched some of your tips 2 hours before my phone call interview, kind of cramming kasi di ako nag expect for an interview kasi November 2021 pa ako nagsubmit ng resume tapos nung March 4, 2022 pa lang ako tinawagan but got complimented somehow at the end of the interview. May gusto lang po ako itanong based sa mga tinanong din sa akin. 1. If it's okay for me to work on Sunday? (kasi she asked me about my religion) and answered the HR na hindi kasi I firmly believe na if it's Sunday para kay Lord 'yun and gusto ko po sana sabihin din na it's something na I don't really want to compromise. 2. Bakit ba nagtatanong ang mga interviewers kung nag apply ka sa ibang company? and ano po dapat isagot dun? 3. If I am willing to work on a night shift kasi mining company po 'yun tapos babae ako. What should I respond kapag natanong ako ulit nito kapag may interview na naman? 4. If di masyado cleared yung line niya tapos kahit nakikinig ka naman pero wala kang maintindihan, paano ko po ba sasabihin? Kasi during sa phone call interview ko, sinasabi ko lang na "Ma'am?" parang sa pagsalita ko nyan, I mean na ulitin niya yung tanong tapos what if po na laging hingi clear yung linya niya 😔 kasi yan nangyari sa akin tapos nahihiya ako kasi di ko alam ano dapat sabihin tas minsan di ko na alam isasagot ko sa tanong kasi hindi ko naintindihan.
