I'm literally crying right now. I got rejected and remembered the day that I cried because I did not get the job because I was expecting a little bit higher since I had 8years of experience in BPO and 18k is not actually good for me. And I was like, I should have agreed. I still don't have a job as of this moment due to this pandemic but hoping that everyone will get the salary they deserve. I like this video because that is also one of my weaknesses when it comes to salary negotiation, I felt that time that I deserve a better salary based on my experiences but what I got was rejection. But I've learned a lot from your videos and hoping that one of these days that I will land a job.

Kagaya nlng ng dapat may 3D, Animanation Experience, Video Editing Experience, AutoCad. pero ang hanap nila is Graphic Designer lng, which is gsto nila fullpackage na. pero nakakalungkot lng na marami prn kumakagat sa ganun offer.

Well pagdating d2 sa usaping what is your expected salary? I always say na ranging about 18k to 22k, d2 ko lng nalaman na mali pala ko through these years, ang nakakatawang part na hihire ako.. I'm not a college graduate but i just simply learned how to play mind games with the interviewer :) di masama maghangad ng exact figures, pero dpat nasa sayo ung Aptitude kung ano mang field or line of job ang gs2 mong pasukan.. A little late for me na malaman ko ang bagay na to and how to make it more effectively. Pero thankful padin ako sa video mo.

Maam lyqa is it okay to say about the range and give them figures like naka lagay sa ads nila example 18k-25k, but sinabi mo may I can earn 20k or higher but then again I am open for negotation, open to grow with your company and open to hear what you could offer? Hi Ms. Lyqa, pag sinabi ko po bang 25K to 27K, ibig sabihin po ba yun yung magiging basic salary ko sans the other benefits like meal allow, transpo etc. or yun na yung gross na magiging salary ko every month. Ang liit po kasi ng 18K basic salary if may experience na halimbawa ng matagal, tapos panay panay pa ang pagtaas ng bilihin. Kasi ang gusto ko sana yung basic salary lang ang sabihin, hnd pa kasama yung mga plus plus.. kasi mamaya masyado sila natataasan po sa sasabihin ko pero gusto ko lang po talaga na malaki ang basic ko para yun tlg yung guaranteed na makukuha ko. Tbh po, tagal ko ng nagwowork pero ito talaga ang mahirap na interview question kasi may possibility na mareject ka dahil dito or baratin ko nila ng todo, tapos ang ending masasaktan ka pag nalaman mo yung mga basic salary ng mga close friends mo sa same company mo din. Kasi eventually may magiging kaibigan ka jan at magkakaalaman kayo ng sahod (just my personal encounter lang din po). How ironic ang dami ko ng experiences pero dito tlg ako nahihirapan, ayoko lang kasi maging demanding sabihin napakataas ng worth ko eh di naman ako kagalingan haha. I don't have any IT exp till 2016, my package salary is 25k.. This year 2022 I end up my 6yrs ITSD Role, I know the figures for SD roles na malaki talaga and since I have the edge and the experience, very knowledgeable since 6yrs n nga ung exp ko, I tried asking 48k.. I said that I am also open for negotiation. I didn't expect na ibibigay nla ung 48k na asking ko at my mga additional allowances pa na 3500 so almost 50+ nko this year. What I learn is u have to check the companies salary range. Do ur research tama c miss lyqa, iba pag my idea ka s company na pnaspok mo. Palupitan tlg ng sagot ang labanan.. We have to show them why we are worth what we are asking for. I don't wait for the interviewer to ask the specific roles I'm doing, pakitang gilas nko agad without sounding mayabang.. As long as u deserve wat ur asking and know how to deliver why u deserve this salary u will get it.. Be confident and practice..

Eto Yung di ko Alam Kung ano dapat Ang sagot. Nakalimutan ko Yung dapat isagot pero sinabi ko nalang na Kung ano Ang akma sa position at skill. I got the position, admin clerk ng supply and distribution. Province ako tas libre Ang food, wala pa akong gastos sa rent at pasahe. 12k lang sweldo ko 8 hours a day, 5-2. Okay lang din sakin since 1st job ko ito🙂

On my first job feeling ko ang kapal ng muka ko. I was talking to the assistant vp of the company and nakipagnegotiate ako ng +500 hahaha. but honestly natuwa ata sya sa part na yun kasi ako lang daw yung may gut na makipagnegotiate, that only means na I know my value but a bit hesitant and mukang nageexperiment as for my first time job.
