I was a caregiver of my father in-law who had Alzheimer's which was emotionally and physically taxing .I started my half an hour walk that time and it prepared me for the next day to face it more positively .I never miss my evening walks since then

Because of your videos, I gradually increased my walking time, and improved my routine and now I easily hit 20k steps a day! Sometimes even more than that. 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour before lunch, and 2 hours in the evening. You inspire me, Luke. Thank you. ✨🙏❤

Walking has been my favorite sport always ...just a simple walk either morning or evening or at night ..I just love to go to garden whenever I can and even after my lunch in office, ensure to go outside for a 10 min walk. Whenever I have felt low or get upset with anything, I just indulge in this simple yet healing activity and it has created a magical effect .It just uplifts my mood and make me feel so happy ,so good !

I have a slipped disc on my 4-5 vertebra. Walking after 7 minutes becomes painful. I am a borderline diabetes 2. I have hypothyroid. I am 81 years old. How long should I walk and how many times a day? I also am a IBS sufferer. Will walking help me with my problems? Please Luke do advise me.. I use a walker for movement.

I was walking more than 9000 steps everyday till November 2022. Since then my stamina is going on lower side. Now I can barely walk 1000 steps. Need to catch my breath, start feeling dizzy and then I resume my walk after rest of 15 minutes. I spend 2 hours to complete 5000 steps as compared to 9000 steps in 1 hour. Why? Why is this happening? Instead of building up, I am losing. BUT I LOVE WALKING. Despite odds, I am consistent.
