WHY SHOULD YOU USE THE AKM? - Find the MAGICAL Time-To-Kill - PUBG 

Akm is my top choice in an early game. Absolutely agree. Love the feel from the gun but feels too difficult with scopes

The moment I come across an AR compensator I'm looking for an AKM...hard to ignore that damage output even with the slow rate of fire, it is more controllable than one'd think with that comp on and I find AK has a bit better range than ACE or Beryl. A 3x on AK with comp = surprisingly very manageable recoil.

SCAR-L and AK have always been my favourite ARs. The reason being that they shoot relatively slow, so they're easier to control.

holy shit. i got killed excacly like this a few days ago in the final 1v1. I had just used med kit and got DELETED by an akm. I thought he oneshot me, but apparently he head-bodied me and killed me in 2 shots in 100ms as u explained. extremly underused weapon, good video

I do like the AKM and instead of always going for my normal load out (M416) I sometimes am tempted to rock an AK just for fun. If you have it decked out (comp, ext quick, red dot) it can be lethal but I always find unless I am rocking a 5.56 DMR I can be screwed near end game at mid range.

AKM was my favorite AR from the beginning (M4 suppressed was my second). Now with all the changes, I still pick it up over any 5.56 rifle. I use the AKM and Beryl the most now. They both just feel so good after using them so much.

The AKM has a very linear spray. Assuming fully kitted on both, an M416 will veer off and have to be realigned, while an AKM spray will generally be quite narrow veer of much less. Because of the low rate of fire it is also much easier to keep track of the spray, so for anyone who struggles to realign sprays (like my cursed reaction time...), the AKM is arguably a better weapon. Fire rate and damage don't mean anything if you can't hit your target dead centre. Furthermore, the AKM has a magazine empty time that is much higher than other assault rifles while doing far more damage per bullet meaning you have a 'larger' magazine for making mistakes (missing) and for shooting cars. Thanks for sharing the damage stats, I didn't look at it like that but always felt it did rather good damage despite the comparisons to other weapons.

Jacky the mutant is the most underrated, hidden gem of PUBG. Highest damage of any AR.. there is a reason they limit the mag to 20+10(or 12)

I've long said that weapons (and what attachments you use) feel different to different people. I live in a world of sound, therefore the suppressor on the AK is the only way I can use it 😅😅-- it does something to the sound that helps me control it & it becomes a much better laser for me. I know that makes no mathematical sense, but it's like 'hearing blue' or 'tasting purple' if you know what I mean.

Since the release of PUBG the AK has always been my favourite AR, closely followed by the SCAR. 3scope AK and 3scope SCAR is the bomb :D

Early game yes, AKM just deletes people - some of the 7.62 weapons kill faster but that iron sight and sledgehammer sound just makes it feel powerful, and the Beryl can be a bit harder to manage unless you are pretty close.

It is my go to weapon any time. Comp, canted sight and a mag, awesome loadout. It's actually not bad semi-firing with a scope mid-range in a pinch

Finally more love to this gun. I'm an AKM fanatic, often dropping even a Beryl for the gun. I feel like when you master the gun, its the easiest AR to control in the game. I've sprayed people from over 200 meters with the gun, and surprisingly, hit almost all the shots. Love this gun and I feel as if its just a perfect do-it-all AR.

AKM was my favorite AR before the sweeping recoil changes long ago. Even though it seemed to get hit harder by the recoil changes it remained my favorite until they nerfed the damage. I really miss being able to do 100 damage with a headshot + chest shot and I haven't used it much since :(

Since I have gotten the recoil down on the AKM I prefer it over any other AR. Other guns are easily manageable but the AK is so much more of a reward when you kill cause you have to work for it, and the time to kill plus the highest AR damage makes it a no brainer for me. Also I really love the AK iron sight its either a red dot or nothing ill rock the iron sight over any other scope on the AK.

If you haven't already. Should do one on the Mk12 and how it's a 2 bullet kill, one to arm/thigh/body and then 1 to head. Stupid damage model on that gun people just spray and get lucky with it all the time.

This video was more of an explanation than a guide. I was hoping Jacky would say the best way to hit the 100ms TTK. Do you want to aim chest and have the recoil bounce to head or aim head and yank down for a body shot. When using the M16A4 I found success starting low and having the burst climb to the dome

u talked about the rule of 5 with akm which is the short bursts before recoil kicks

love the akm with 2x for close range and 3x for slightly far away. only recently I have made the switch to ACE

I think it was my first gun to reach weapon mastery level 100. Nowadays it's used mainly in early game due the "easy max" but it changes quickly to Ace / M416 or Beryl depending on which attachments I have gathered and availability of ammo. 2x /3x scope is ok, 4x is indeed horrible. 6x has also a bit.. rough feeling.. when using it due recoil... I think that nowadays vector has surpassed it in kill count... Perhaps next video is why to use Vector? 😆

I use suppressed AKM I feel it more control, Wacky shooting a gun with crouch + lean will reduce recoil a lot but u have to crouch lean with the direction of the moving target so if the target is moving left u crouch lean to left

And the AK is one of my favorite rifles to use. And I only use the iron sights. It doesn't need a red dot. Just ask my best friend and the only person I play PUBG with.

Ive been using the AKM alot lately, its actually my most used weapon in pubg history, checked via stats. Great gun. However i disagree with 2 points. AKM has the literal worst ironsight of any gun in this game in my opinion. Its just a long flat rail that restricts vision, i find it easy to lose target when the recoil kicks and the whole gun covers the view of the enemy. And 6X spray when zoomed out to a 3x is god mode. Love spraying that way. At least on console. AKM has always been a solid choice of weapon for sure

Akm with a comp and a holo is my go to and an mk12 with a 4x and comp or suppressor is my favorite setup I run it every game usually

I actually used to really like weapon. I always loved it as a close quarters weapon with a 2x scope, extended quickdraw and suppressor. (Keep in mind this was only when i was a noob)

when you have to choose a single weapon because you want to use bluechip detector or drone, the akm is a good choise. it's beetwenn a dmr and an ar. if you can't find an mk14.

I prefer my AK without training wheels wit the quick draw mag and supressor, the psycoligacal stress of hearing that in the final 5 frustrates and confuses the enemy, dont sleep on the quiet mode

i thought running akm until phase 6 circle was normal. god tier gun. because for some reason its seems to match the inherent spray patterns in other games imo

Yes, it climbs slow and i feel it needs to be timed when shooting rather than anticipate recoil

Yes my fav iron sight, easy to max out.

I usually doesn't feel bad early game, but I am not a fan later, I prefer ARs I can attach a 6x to and do easy scoped sprays like the M4 and Ace32. I love looting so the attachments required are usually not an issue.

some people have insane control on AKM that they can control AKM with 6x, here I am struggling with red dot😄😄😄😄

Personally I prefer the 2x on the AKM as it's easy to use in close and mid range and I can some what adjust for a 300m shot.

Works well with 6x scrolled back to a 3

what makes the AK ironsight better than the "horrible" ones shown? all those have a cut-out that lets you see all around what you're shooting at while the AK obscures the entire bottom half of the target...

I always can laser people far away with a 3x akm on a controller. Once you go 4x and higher tho the horizontal gets a little hectic. Still the 6x is even great on it

The only disagreeing point i have with this is the aces iron sight. Imo its one the best iron sights in the game. In terms of AR tho yea i think the AKM & M4 are the best two.

Try the beryl with a Holo if you enjoy the red dot akm
