@@ForeignStrategies have you ever been to sosua dominican republic? If so whats better sosua or rio diganero? Sosua blew my mind so its hard for me to imagine much better then that ....
Young blood i know EXACTLY what you mean. when I was in my early 20's I went (i'm 52) There was NO words to capture how incredible of a time I had. I ended up staying damn near 2months longer than scheduled. (and didn't want to come home ) Alot of people think its all about tricking. They have NO clue. Glad to see you went and had an awesome time. Peace
HAHA I love it , I felt the same. Its rough getting back on that plane... but Amen. Seeing that you are in your fifties and still believe the same ... makes me feel that I'm on the right path haha. The people that think is about tricking are just haters .. they wish they could be out there as well. But much appreciated, it's great hearing from fellow travelers.
@@ForeignStrategies LOL! REAL TALK on that plane ride! Sounds like you are on the right path my brotha. Have fun and do you. The people who think of tricking are usually tricks themselves. They are insecure and see the world trough insecure filters.(thet were there when I was your age and have been since the beginning of time) NEVER waste time with them , nor defending anything. Only move alone and/or with confident comrades and friends who have your back and resonate on the same frequency. People choose who they want to be everyday, whether voluntarily or not. Did you know you were literally 1 in 400 trillion? Google "what are the odds of being born" My wish for you is that you handle your BUSINESS every step of the way as you have fun and explore the world. Never forget you are on a journey called Life above all things. The 'Hero's Journey' to be specific. Starring you. Have fun with the chicks, but learn as you grow to fulfill your higher purposes for being here. Its not this or that, but all of the above. Move wisely. One Love👍🏾
I think in Brazil 5 % of people will try to trick you somehow but 95 % will always willing looking out for you .. ( say where to go where's safe who u can trust etc )
@@globalgogetter4469 Man I can't believe I am just now seeing this reply. But this is mad respect. And 100% FACTS. All the words you mentioned here is what I live by and hopefully I can continue to relay the message. But true thanks for the words, this is inspiring and I hope to continue to hear from you in future .. regardless if it's constructive criticism or a pat on the back. Wish you all the best brotha!
I been with one Brazilian woman once. She was visiting California for a short time. My pick up technique was practicing my Portuguese with her and made her laugh. She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. She was VERY touchy feely and sensual, not shy about anything sexual AT ALL. She wanted me to dance with her and that basically consisted of simulating sex LOL. Needless to say she took very good care of me and make sure the experience I had with her was all about me.
Thats awesome my man. I need to go to Philippines soon. I have heard great things. You will have to let me know how it is ... but haha i'm sure as hek trying 😅.. but much appreciated man!
As a Brazilian girl Imma give ya'll some tips - Just be respectful of her and her culture, don't show any type of judgment - If you can communicate well, talk. Be fun you know? - Don't act like you're their sugar daddy or smth lmao - Dress well, SMELL nice, that's very important - Usually we know your thoughts just from the looks ya'll give. Pay attention to body language and if you're unsure, talk first. - Don't expect them to trust you firsthand, but you can earn their trust by returning to the first point and being respectful. Hope everyone stays safe and has fun. Also very important: get you a local friend who speaks very good English, understands or makes efforts to understand you and your culture and knows the place well.
Juliana .. thanks so much for this. And the point about getting a local friend is extremely important. Particularly if their a male. But thanks again for sharing !
@Juliana Thanks for the information ! But, I think I've read the same thing somewhere else before. Haha did you copy-pasted it from somewhere? And what about if someone speaks Portuguese perfectly but is from a foreign country like India, will Brazilian girls interact well and Make friendship ??
@@apoorvgauravsingh7169 If you speak Portuguese perfectly it will open doors for you, but I can't tell you the girls will easily fall for you. It depends on your physical appearance, on how you carry yourself and your personality. Also some girls might not be interested bc of the country where you're from, but don't let that make you sad. I'm just saying it because it happens. Some other women - usually they're not worth it anyways - will want you exclusively because they have a fetish on Indian guys. But they're crazy. Don't feed their craziness 😂 Otherwise, if you're nice, polite, respectful and you care a lot about your appearance and smelling good, you'll have great success.
People in Brasil are legit friendly. I was raised in the most NorthEastern part of the USA, where the culture is still a li’l bit reserved & uptight (the Puritans who settled Plymouth & Salem near Boston in the 1600s were NOTORIOUSLY uptight & anti-fun, and some of that attitude remains). I then went to go work in a part of Asia dominated by Hahn Chinese culture (people don’t hug: 🤷♀️ it’s just not done, not casual hugs between friends anyway… and no PDA if you have a GF there… and it’s work, work, work, all the time) and then I went to visit Brasil 😳🇧🇷🙌🙏 omg: it’s so fantastic there 🙌 The women are STUNNING, gorgeous, they adore getting complimented… and people are open: like, I’m kinda an emotional guy and it’s totally ok to have feelings, catch feelings, & express emotions there… LOVE Brasil !! 🙌
Thanks for carrying on the legacy! First went there in 1985. It changed my life and opened up the world for me. Don't be locked in to where you were born. Travel and travel some more and yes the women are hot in Brazil but don't stop there. You are kings, so conquer the world!
As someone who lived in Brazil for 4 months back in 2018 I will agree with most of what you have to say. You have mentioned it before, Brazil is a massive country with almost 210 million and with massive immigration, you will get an entire range of women, blonde, blue eyed types to ones of African descent and everything else in between. Brazilian women and people are in general friendly and love to party. For me Colombia is still number one but that is just because my Spanish is vastly better than my Portuguese, and my love of Latina looking women.
@@ForeignStrategies were is the best place to stay also bro the video I been seeing the girls ant been looking good I'm more into the butts and pretty woman I haven't seen any guys with vids but I'm planning on going this weekend
@@mikemoss1944 hahaha yea bro iI know what you mean.. but trust me they there. next time I go back I'm going to get some 8's up on haha but I'd stay in Ipanema (upper class/ tourist but not as touristy as Copacabana) or Botafago (more young professional local)
I love when brothers who have experienced Brazil get on here and tell the truth about the experience. So many innuendos and outright lies are allowed to exist about traveling there and the people (specifically women) that you meet. There is so much fun that you can enjoy when you meet them and it does not have to be about "pay for play". This notion that all Brazilian women are favelistas and trying to get money from Americans so they can take it home to feed their poor families is crazy. My wife had, and still has, income streams from Brazil, traveled Europe extensively, and has always been generous. We got engaged in London, had an awesome wedding in Rio and live a great life. I am headed there in Friday. We will be in Rio, Buzios and possibly Maceiio. BBQ and caiprinhas on deck!!!
@@ForeignStrategies Much appreciated brother. Again, while there are people who fulfill certain unfavorable stereotypes, that is far from the majority. It bogles my mind that people thing that there are no educated, successful women in major metropolitan cites like Rio, Sao Paulo and Florianopolis. We just returned on Monday. We enjoyed a glorious time and I loved getting to see my Brazilian family and friends. I have some short, but really cool videos of some of the sites. Feel free to check them out on my page. Thanks for providing an awesome platform bro.
@@unadulteratedtruth8716 your comment and profile picture inspired me. Im 32 with no kids and I'm sick of dealing with these MEAN sistas in America and this matrix. I'm looking to take my first trip and someone I decided to research Brazil. Your picture of you and your wife is so beautiful. I want a wife and to love somewhere less stressful. Thanks for sharing your story!
@Sega Gentleman I just woke up. It is my wife's birthday and we have some activities planned. I saw your message, and it gave me an awesome sense of fulfillment. I was exactly where you are regarding being tired of dating here. I was in my office in downtown LA on a Saturday and came across some Charles Tyler videos about Brazil. After about four hours of watching videos, I found his Facebook page and sent him a friend request. He responded almost immediately, and we exchanged some messages. Turns out he grew up in West Philly, same as me. He immediately offered me his phone number, and we spent the next 3 hours talking. He didn't know it, but I was at an extremely low time in my life, but he sparked something in me, and it turned my life around. A couple of years later, after my wife and I were engaged, I returned from London, I was going to call him to tell him and thank him for being the catalyst. That Saturday morning, I woke up to the news that he'd had a stroke. He died that weekend, and I never had the opportunity to thank him. I share my story to help people the way he helped me. I'm happy to know you are inspired, bro. Your happiness is out there. Don't let anyone here tell you it isn't.
First day I came to Texas, I saw a chick outside a taco truck and started talking to her. This chick was Brazilian and was LEGIT everything you say. VERY easy to connect with her. Cause of her I knew Brazil was gonna be the place for me.
I’ve been all over the world there is no country as modern or advanced socially as America. Everyone is copying our swagg so what do you mean. They may have a few good qualities and treat you well trying to come up but you smoking crack you think anything is better than America or you just like tradition minded with very modest living socially and business as well!!
@Salem The Cat I’ve been to every continent well traveled. Sounds like he been one or two spots and now he mesmerized. Brazil is extremely poverty and lots of violence. You are warned by Tsa like when you travel to the Middle East. Everyone I’m this world is traditional minded except us that’s why they steal our dances music and swagg. Europe is even slow as hell. Never said they weren’t fun places to go but living hell no. Some countries you can’t even access proper internet or content such as you tube 😂 I’ve been from west Europe to east. Asia, Africa, South America and central plus Australia and new Z..
@@ForeignStrategies I do have it made because she treats me like a king. Everything you said was very true. I encourage you go to Cobcabana Beach for New Years Amazing!!!
I go to brazil every year! The men are absolutely breathtaking too! Fun, sweet, respectful and gorgeous! The women are sweet and friendly, they don't have attitudes when you compliment them. It's a whole new world! Go to Brazil everyone!!!!!
Just leaving a comment so I can come back here one day since THIS is the video that broke my fear to go ahead and plan a trip. I just wanted to hear it from another young black man. This brotha is GLOWING and smiling yo. I'm so inspired right now
I agree I've been twice and both times girls actually have no problem paying it's not a big deal to them. They're more about just having a good time and they genuinely enjoy your company. It's not all about sex or them trying to use you like these bitter feminists out here want everyone to believe.
I've actually been living in Brazil for 8 years now. I agree and disagree. It really depends on social class. When it usually comes to the more educated women who have jobs and are middle class, they have no problems contributing to a relationship financially. There are women who have their own money here and are content with living in Brazil. American women like to believe that all the women here are starving and dying to go to the USA which isn't true. NOW, on the other hand, when you are dealing with broke, uneducated, unemployed or underemployed women, especially in the favelas, then there are a lot women in low income areas who are scandalous, will scam you or try to use you for money. These types of women are here too now, It's not all peaches and cream either. The favelas have good, hardworking, honest people too, but the mentality in these communities is different, a lot of folks like to take from people, beg or just try to get over on people. They watch how you spend money and they watch your pockets and then they plot and try to find an angle to put their hands in your pockets some kinda of way.
@Michelle Oliveira I understand what you are saying and you're right, but I stand by what I said as well. I used to live in a favela in Salvador for 7 years.
I really appreciate the words! Mad respect! & dang I'm definitely late to the game compared to you. I might have to reach out if I ever need some pointers while i'm there ! haha
Met a Brazilian woman online and after infrequent emails over about a year she asked me to come live with her. She said "I live in a nice neighborhood really"...
Are realy so dumb to think that my is only about favelas and forests ? We have some fucked up places , but some freaking beatiful places to (like any other place in the world).
Your Brazil review makes me want to go now, as a young black guy who doesn’t have a problem getting women anywhere. All the other Brazil traveler reviews I saw look like a trickfest
If you like São paulo you will like the west( The countryside of Brasil)like Goiânia where I came from It is small and busy than São Paulo and have beautiful women too!
The only reason this video doesnt have 100k views is because its not 1080p. The algorithm wont promote 460p videos. Bro as soon as you step to 1080p or 4k.. you're channel is going to SOAR.. you got the talent.
@@ForeignStrategies Yes Sir.. 480p videos are not promoted. You'll see the difference..trust me.. invest in a gopro. Doesn't have to be the latest, if you can..great. But don't go lower than 7. Trust me it will pay for itself once you start walking around and really taking time to put out good work.
I've been living in Salvador, Bahia for 8 years. Have you considered coming here? So many people focus on Rio and forget about the rest of the country.
There is diversity everywhere from Russia to south america (can go either way with china; maybe it is somewhat homogenoues, maybe it isn't). IMO relatively homogenoues cultures (like JApan or Korea) are more the exception than the rule.
In life no person or place is perfect, you have to take everything with a grain of salt to not be disappointed in life IMO. I’d like to see a video were you explain the Pro’s and Con’s of Brazil, other than the women are beautiful and carefree. Thanks.
Hey my guy, love the content and keep up the good work. I just got my passport and was wondering what country you would recommend me visit first as a young black male? Again I appreciate the effort on the content 👍🏾
@@ForeignStrategies I’ll keep that in mind about Colombia and Brazil. And I’m definitely open to Europe! Any suggestions on which countries to start with?
@@atlbirdfan6959 If somebody is intimidated by Latin America / South America I would recommend that they visit Spain or Portugal first. You will get to practice the language (Spanish or Portuguese) in the motherland and it's very safe. If you like going out at night Madrid has some of the best nightlife in Europe. Lisbon is one of the most beautiful cities in western Europe (on a par with Barcelona). South America / Latin America is way easier to navigate if you have been to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain / Portugal).
That sounds way too good to be true, I've been there and although the women in Rio are dope the chance of actually meeting one who will fly you somewhere and offer to pay is not a daily occurrence. The girls I met were beautiful but the first one had a job at a clothing store and the other one was unemployed but they both were fun to hang out with. Don't get a misunderstanding that the girls are somehow that easy because they are not but I agree, if I had a choice between Rio or Miami it would be Rio hands down.
Nice info. Gotta visit the country! I'm in Boston. We're covered in snow. Could use a place like Rio right now. You're the second person that I've come across who advises that it's best to get to Miami first. Then hop onto a flight for Rio. If this is how to get a good fare, I'll definitely check it out. Thanks for the advice.
not all of us speak english, but in the richest cities visited by tourists (sao paulo or rio de janeiro) people usually have fluent english, or at least you can talk
Hi Sheldon Bro if you learn everyday conversational Spanish ,,you can get by with ham and eggs Portuquese,,,you won't be fluent , but you'll be able to communicate and oder dinner and drinks,,,,.Check out the wonderful women of Brazil before you get married Bro. If you go ,,, go for a month at least 30 days ,it will change your life. Peace - Out.
Sounds like you had an awesome time! And I agree with what you say in general, but your story of the Brazilian woman you met is NOT typical. So...a reality check for those who haven't visited before. First, Brazil is an inexpensive place to ball out RIGHT NOW, so get yourself down there and enjoy it while it lasts. Because it won't. Currency rates fluctuate. The first time I was in Rio (2011), the cheapest restaurant meal I could find in a touristy area was about $14. Because of the currency rate fluctuations, I would expect to pay only about $5 for that same meal now. Secondly, the gap between the wealthy and the poor in Brazil is huge, and the woman he mentions who wanted to fly him to Europe just to hang out was clearly in the wealthy group. Most women you will meet are not going to be in that group. So don't go down there and expect to easily pick up a sugar mama!
Learn Portuguese. It’ll make your life so much easier the better you are. Also, don’t think women will throw themselves at you because you’re American (it helps though). You have to actually have some game and be competent. If you have a hard time w women in the US, you might struggle in Brazil and even more if you don’t speak Portuguese.
I feel like I missed out on the fun in Rio. Was there for 2 weeks - more beach than anything. Tinder didn't work and no one spoke English :/ Will try again for sure next time.
I can't wait to come here. Can't even explain how much I LOVE Spanish women. Particularly Brazilian, Cuban, and Puerto Rican. My wife will definitely come from Brazil. Gotta dream right?
Why the hell they want a gringo guy like you, there's better looking men in Brazil than U.S, it's better for you to stay in U.S and get a black or white American girl, share the same English language and custom.
Wait? What?! A fun beautiful Brazilian woman tells you she wants you to travel to Europe with her and she’ll pay for all of it and you said, “I have to work” ? You lost me at that point.
I love to come to Brazil but I’m a bit suspicious cuz of my skin colour. I heard and read a lot about skin colour racism in Brazil, are the rumours true? btw great vid keep up the work. 👍🏾
Thanks man much appreciated. Brazil is actually very segregated. The gap between the blacks and whites are like I have never seen b4. But as a foreigner you will do fine.
I been to Colombia and Brazil and between the two Colombia wins by large. But if you only know Europe and the US and then go to Brazil of course you going to be blown away. Comparing bitter feminists with feminine women is not a fair comparison
And these women over in the states dnt know what we have when we go out of town...when we can models at ease...everyone beautiful....these stuck up state women...I love foreign so much...I only drive foreign loool
Hey bro did you go down there by yourself, because I'm really thinking about just saying fuck it & going by myself because I really don't have nobody to go with. I've been doing a lot of research about Brazil, & I haven't heard but good things....
