So glad you are featuring Tim. Tim Faulkner is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Australia's wildlife! Tim is adored by kids as well as adults..Tim is this generation crocodile hunter..I am sure Steve and Tim would be best mates as they are kindred spirits who dedicated their lives to Australian wildlife and educating the public

Yay for Fraser Island. I live in Hervey Bay and because of the Island, we miss most of the downside of Queensland weather. Also, because of the vitality of natural wildlife here, I turned my 2 cats into inside cats so that I am doing my bit to protect our unique habitats and all that they entail. You should bring Tim and Chris here nowadays. See how things are currently.

My father caught rattlesnakes fir the scientist in San Antonio, Texas working on an anti venom in the 1930s. I learned how to handle snakes from him. Before I became disabled I would move them off roads as people run over them in purpose, as well as by accident. Some people see, to,think the inky good snake is a dead snake, whether venomous or not.

Thanks! Tim for another wonderful video. Beautiful beach and rain forest. Love nature as it should be without any intervention. I really like snakes but have a healthy respect for venomous ones. Have loved learning about all the animals you have in Australia some I have never heard of. Very educational and interesting.

Snake question! At 3:44, when the prey is already dead, do the snakes bite, or are they just swallowing it? It looks like biting, but I noticed in the video (at 3:44) that it looks like it’s fangs are not there. Is this just swallowing?

Many animals "attack" or bite in reason, it is rarely, if ever, unprovoked unless there is something wrong with the animal mentally such as rabies and the similar. People who kill them aimlessly and constantly try to "justify" it that they were attacked to further the negative views the animal already has to gain approval to cull them off. Animals are hardly ever as cruel as the human race have been throughout history.

Speaking as an arachnophobe, I'd rather deal with snakes any day. They're big, you can see them, and for some reason, they don't set off the uncontrollable phobic response in me that spiders do. Don't get me wrong, I've got a healthy respect for snakes, just no mind-numbing phobia.

Dingos look like shiba inu dogs! There is also a similar Korean breed, a bit larger with the same face? In North America the Carolina dog which is an ancient breed that is also known as the American dingo.

I am a fan and subscriber. Personally I don't like to watch animals of any kind killing and/or eating other animals. A few years ago I was in a horrible accident. One that killed both my dog and myself. I was in a coma and when I woke from that I became a little less resilient to these things. I am sure there are those who enjoy watching that sort of thing. It would have been appreciated had I gotten a warning or the picture inside of the video. I wasn't expecting my reaction to be so severe and was surprised when I almost passed out. I am still dizzy and lost my breakfast. Again, I don't like seeing those types of things but, this was in my face and my reaction was off the wall. I am 67 years old. Was raised hunting and fishing. Was a cop for close to thirty year's. So forgive me. I'm still surprised by my reaction. A little warning would have been nice.

I don't know why people are so afraid of snakes. Most snakes will flee before biting. South Africa has most of the same creatures and we never ever killed any snakes. They keep rats and mice populations down.

Sad you find in advantageous to teach the theory of evolution (as if it’s proven truth) rather than just directly teach about the thing we KNOW. If you’re going to teach your religion of evolution, at least have the courtesy of telling your audience THATS what it is.
