Try things like : 1. Drink warm water everytime avoid cold water as much as possible 2. Avoid things like curd , fried things 3. Jal Neeti is so helpful try it 4. Steaming twice a best thing you can do 5. And take some 🌞🌞
thank you useful video doctor, I notice that I started sneezing when I wake up at 6 but I didn't consider that's the problem until know and other thing is cold weather because when I wake up i sit beside the windows
Soak a teaspoon of ajwain in water before going to bed and have it (water n ajwain both) every morning (you can add hot water while eating). It has helped me a lot.
Exactly sir,since 4,5 month i was checking myself what exactly is going on...daily sneezing after wakeup and suddenly ,sneezing get stops when i go outside the home ..i could not able to understand the problem...i was thinking something else happening with me ...but after watching ur suggestions and analysis,i understood the Changes happened sorroundng me which were causing me to sneez early morning and in the evening after waking up... Once again .thanks a lot sir..you hv cleared the confusion..!.. Same guided precautions i will take and follow to overcome this sneezing problem... Thanks again....for this information....

@@amitagrawal9419 gosh there's soo much to tell , im still dealing with this. And i know the exhaustion it causes... Look you need to live in a clean place especially where you sleep.. \___( side view) sleep like this for few days . Stay warm dude... Like sleep in warm place ... But yeah don't go for antiallergens they just don't help
I too am suffering from this problems ... BT I recovered 50% .. firstly u HV to identify what the products u r allergic to ... Then avoid using them ,, in my case I am allergic to all-out, hard perfumes, high speed of fan etc... So I started avoiding those n got much much relief ... Even now while sleeping I use to wrap a cotton towel in my neck coz of sore throat 😑 😭 most importantly avoid dust n wear mask n stay way from cold items ...
I also have sneezing and running nose mostly in morning. I was in doubt whether it was because of fan or something other. I'll try to avoid fan or minimise the fan speed

Sir, could you also make a video on natural way of treatment. I am 30 yrs old and post covid I have developed extreme sensitivity to smells which I did not have before. My lungs feel heavy after I cook or add tadka , I am fine if I don't enter the kitchen. But cooking is unavoidable. I am unable to return to my previous healthy self because of this. I am using inhaler, but I don't want to depend on it life long. Could you please help me with this
