I did the exercises along with you during this video and immediately I could breathe through my nose and the itchiness went away. I suggest all viewers to fully surrender yourself to your energy aura when doing these exercises and you will feel a HUGE difference!

I must admit, I laughed when I first watched this video thinking this will NEVER work! But, within 5 minutes of doing the exercises, my nose has gone from streaming and itchy to perfectly calm and dry....AMAZING! Thank you so much for this! Antihistamines have never been much help for me and this has given me the relief I was so desperate for. Thank you once again.

Thank you so much!!! I am allergic to Ragweed, and in Romania there is no vaccine available and no medical treatment works for me. I just want the take out my eye of itchiness and the nose is getting completely blocked, I need to breath totally on the mouth.. is sooo tiring! For the eyes it worked perfectly, but I had to do it 6 min..will check for the nose when will be the case. Thank you again! 🙏 I was sure there must be something ayurveda that we can do!!! So happy I searched and found your video!

I believe the inner lining of the nose and little hair that should trap dusts etc is responsible of our allergies. Is there a natural remedy to make nasal lining healthier, grow the hair in the nose back or make them improve their function? I had nose surgery and afterwards I got dust allergy nose swells like a balloon looks awwwful on my little childish face, even like a curse..
