Why so Many King Saints?

​@@BlakeLandrum-yg4cb Ezekiel 18:1-5 Jeremiah 31:29-30 Both of these apply in this case/context. God doesn't curse families, and literal generational curses/punishment isn't a thing for Orthodox Christians. However, actions have consequences/impacts beyond ourselves, so often have ripple effects depending on the action. God is able to do the impossible and heal/mend/reverse where He wills. But He respects our free will and we can either cooperate with Him or not. Hope this helps :)

We actually do have Saints who were Politicians in the 1st Millennium, most of them were martyrs.

Funny you say that, since the Catholic Church recognises post-schism Orthodox saints as Catholic saints 💀 St. Gregory Palamas, St. Seraphim of Sarov, St. Sergius of Radonezh, St. Sava of Serbia etc.
