Pray for the repentance and healing of the father of your kids. As a son whose lost his father and has a stepdad.. I love my stepdad, but no one can be my dad, but my dad. I am so sorry that you are raising your boys on your own, for whatever reason it may be. God gave my mother the strength she needed when my dad passed, but I still grieve for the loss she endured. No one is meant to be a single parent.

I am fighting to save my 31 year old daughter who has been teaching New Age in the gyms and through her social media accounts, and has horrible tattoos on her. She will tell you she is a christian and i am the deceiver, it has tore my family apart and caused huge spiritual attacks on me and my wife. Pray and take action against this evil, the christian church may be in apostasy.

I'm 65 and born again last November, after repenting, purging new age idols, reclaiming Jesus as my Lord and Savior and being water baptized. I feel the Lord is wanting to emphasize the importance of being water baptized. I was baptized as an infant in the Catholic Church and had felt the presence of the Holy Spirit most of my life, however I did not have the knowledge of the Holy Spirit and assurance in my heart that the Lord gave me a new spirit, until I was water baptized. I received the gift of praying with the Spirit about 1 week before I was baptized.
Water baptism is great and an outward sign of an inward change. Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist! God said from heaven this is my Son in whom I am well pleased! Don’t forget that one of the thieves on the cross beside Jesus was told today shalt thou be with me in paradise. Baptism is not a requirement for salvation and should not be allowed for infants.
There is no gift of speaking in tongues. Your theology is wrong on water baptism. Get into a good Bible be leaving church find out the truth. And by the way, the truth is not what you feel The truth is.

"He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned." Mark 16:16 When someone is baptized, they are killing the flesh. Literally putting it to death. This part is vitally important. I don't really see why people argue baptism isn't necessary when Jesus Himself said it is. Jesus said it, so do it. Period.

Yes! I agree and believe that the Lord confirmed in my experience that just as He did, to fulfill all righteousness, He requires of us to do the same by being water baptized. It is the required “public” profession of faith that clothes us in His righteousness because we are publicly humbling ourselves before our God. And yes, He commanded us to be baptized by water and in the spirit in John 3:5. Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.“

I can tell you the future, youll either end up on your knees declaring jesus is lord by will, or by the sword. Youll either end up glorfying him in heaven for all of eternity, or gnashing your teeth in the pits of hell. This is the only future you need to worry about. Which side will you be on? Will you answer the door? Jesus knocks to the door of your heart.
When I got involved in Yoga and the new age such as buddhism, the law of attraction, meditation..........all hell broke lose in my life. At first I didnt connect the dots, I thought I was making spiritual progress, but really I had opened my life to demons. I'd wake up every night at about 3am being convinced that there was an evil presence in my room. I'd catch glimpses of things in the darkness, like snakes, rats, but they were gone very quickly. This went on until I returned to God and prayed that he would take this nightmare away. The strong impression I got was that I was to renounce immediately, yoga and all the new age junk I had allowed into my life. I did and the waking up at 3am stopped and that dark presence left. People just dont understand that these "Spiritual" practices are clever deceptions, the bible says that the devil presents himself as an angel of light, so dont be fooled.

She has attended church a few times in the last 6 months, but still is practicing goddess worshiping aka self love on line , selling womens empowerment events, has pinterest accounts filled with qoutes from women who sell witchcraft books, she only removes thinks that i make an issue of , but very little is done on her own initiative. She is still thinking she is a saved christian and her salvation is safe, this is not what the bible teaches, we are to obey and repent for our sins, to stay in his grace.
@Pastor Mark Driscoll, I have a question - but first, some context behind my question: I have watched several resuscitation testimonials from people who have claimed they went to hell, and they all had 1 thing in common... The outer-most circle of hell is comprised primarily of people who THOUGHT they were saved, and the top-2 most common sins are "Unforgiveness" and "Gossip"... Gossip is easy enough to avoid, but I have a question about how "Unforgiveness" might be interpreted... So here's the question: If a man divorces his wife because of her unfaithfulness and adulterous behavior (and previously attempted to reconcile the marriage), is the man committing a sin by divorcing her? She is not upholding her end of the deal she made with her husband AND God. At what point is the man absolved and justified in pursuing a divorce? And is the act of divorce itself unforgiveness? How does this all work? Also, no, I'm not going through this personally. I have a very strong and happy marriage, but unfortunately one of my close friends is going through something like this.
Maybe this will help. I divorced my wife of 13 years for infidelity. But i let that grow into bitterness because i felt like i didn’t deserve it. After 10 years of bitterness i finally cried out to God for help. He said forgive her. I did eventually and he healed my heart. Then i was reminded of my failures and received corrections. Your question is based in law, Jesus Christ gave us grace and the law isn’t what we live under. Its still a guideline. One can’t change the past to receive grace. Example. In sin many committed adultery and married it. Do you really believe that grace can only be found if we divorce the woman we sinned with? No. So its Grace and not the law. I hope this helps.
I like the beginning of this mans answer cuz bitterness almost always comes after divorce (mainly for the person who was wronged in those kinds of situations) and it SO important to have God heal it cuz the roots usually go far too deep and are far too rotten to deal with yourself (USUALLY, of course there are exceptions due to the variety of circumstances) but I would iust like to add to that Matthew 5:31 “It has been said, ‘Anyone who divorces his wife must give her a certificate of divorce.’[a] 32 But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality (including adultery), makes her the victim of adultery, and anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery." I Don't know if this helps at all but hopefully it does.... You tried to reconcile with her like God would want you to but if she is unrepentant you can not change her heart only God can. But personally I don't think that "unforgiveness" is necessarily the act of the divorce so much as it is the pain, resentment, and bitterness that gets created from it.... you (generalization not you personally) can forgive her heal and move on and have no but then you can even choose not to divorce her and harbor those negative feeling as well so unforgiveness is not solely tied to the divorce process. And given that since Jesus came things are no longer a matter of "Law" so much as it is a matter of the heart I tend to lean more on the side that he probably cares about the unforgiveness in our hearts. Granting one's divorce isn't born solely out of unforgivness itself (being the adulterer repenting and the other choosing no to reconcile either way kind of situation) which isn't my understanding with the information you gave... Just my thoughts and how I came to them...
Spirituality and pagan religions have a very sound philosophy although it’s purely demonic at its core you get really deep before you even begin to sense the demonic aspect of it cause at its surface it’s just very sound and wise philosophy…. The art of letting go and acceptance… good and evil are a two parts of each other and balance out each other… Suffering is part of life… if you are struggling in life these philosophies helps you find peace through the storm and this makes it very dangerous so my point is we shouldn’t practice this religions even if we study it’s philosophies we should know that it’s practices leads to the devil and we should take advice from people that have experiences with them and have seen the roots of it.
Romans 8 commands us to be "spiritually minded". Would love to discuss more, but I don't want to be disagreeable. I do think one has to be spiritual to recognize the "spirit of Jezebel".

Many demonic spirits need a deliverance minister to get them out, and the process can take hours. Many times the name of Jesus by itself one time won't remove it (Jesus could send them out with a single command because he was sinless). I've experienced it myself with a friend- the demon just laughed and then turned around and caused the friend to hit his wife as punishment for me irritating it. I've done plenty of self-deliverance, but I did need help with 3 different groups of spirits.

It basically means they are trying to create their own standard of situational ethics. Calling one's self spiritual but not religious always provides them a justification for not living by a fixed moral standard, especially God's.

With all due respect, I don’t understand why some Christian women wear shoes like that? I know the Bible says that we are supposed to clothe ourselves in humility and those don’t appear to be like that? I have seen her a couple of time in what looks like to be 3 to 4 inch-sized heals. I like to wear shoes where I can be of service if need be or if there is an emergency. Maybe that is just me though? Please forgive the question if I am wrong!! 🙏 On a more positive note, I am so grateful how they both answered the question of astrology. I have been trying to word in my head my feelings against astrology, and Pastor Mark said it perfectly when he said that astrology tries to be clairvoyant about the future when only God knows the future. I loved how she said that labeling a person by one’s “sign” is so dangerous too because it limits us and defines us outside of Children of God and Christians. I will say that he has preached on the way we should positively, speak when addressing our loved ones. He calls her by the sweet names all the time, not just for this show. Maybe he was showing, by example, what he has preached to other men to do in their own homes.
