That exsists though to be used in extremely sterile enviroments. It isn't overused so that bacteria doesn't become resistant to it. Basically we will eventually run out of antibiotics one day due to them being overprescribed and people not taking them until the bacteria is eradicated.

my cousin work in military for years since he's still 20's. Few years ago, he got duty to protect area 51, but him self won't able to go to inner part of it. He just told to guard some areas, and that's it. He won't tell me the details, however, a lot of people come and goes, they're may scientist, technician, or CIA. And military people will guard them. I think, someone who has permission to go there, stay in one place far from there, and military people will guard them to 51.

they would probably be seen in that outer ring where they are just monitored, and either someone dispatched to their location to see whats up, or left to wander closer (where they'd be apprehended and asked why are you here, where they could explain). If they're really like "we don't want people to come ANY closer," and that person didn't know exactly where to go, they might just let them wander off in the wrong direction without assisting them or anything.
