Exo's proud mama bear All the kpop group leaders are perfect in their own ways, you can’t say one is better than the other and if that was the case the hands down Gdragon has already been named as the best (even tho I don’t agree) but I don’t disagree either because of his hard work. I’m not saying Suho is not a great leader of course he is, he’s one of the best (Exo is one of my ults) but he’s not the best in entire kpop.
I remember during their debut time, he usually buy food for them to eat since they still can't afford to buy food and SM doesn't give enough food for 12 people. He takes good care of the members and makes them his first priority before himself. He's a selfless man. It makes me miss him more.
I noticed that Suho is always(or mostly) the last one whenever the members are walking in line, be it in the airport or award shows. It reminds me of the wolf pack behavior, the wolf leader will always be at the back when they’re travelling, protecting his kind from predators.
People don't know but his leadership skills come into place when there is a difficulty. Groups who stayed together after three members leaving and be more famous not something that can happen to any group. Also the main reason why members never actually got into a proper fight is because of Junmyeon. Most of the groups like Shinee and Suju have internal problems unlike ours even members who are pretty different from each other and some of them quite annoying. He is a blessing upon the world.
Hope you included that one moment when he gave a speech alone while the rest of the members were backstage, stood up strong outside even if he was also broke inside. That one is the most reason why I respect him so much.

I dont know about other groups’ leaders but Suho is very dedicated to EXO and his members. He was also there one time when Baekhyun had to shoot UNVillage so late at night. Says he couldnt sleep cos he’s worried of Baek. I’m just so thankful to him
