Why Texas Fans Are Still Not 100% Confident 

I mean……. Sark is not the same as Charlie Strong or Tom Herman. Not even close. BUT…….. As much progress as there is, I’m still always nervous. We don’t know what it’s like to be a Bama or Georgia fan where we can go into any game knowing 1000% that our team has it in the bag. Longhorn fans are always biting their nails a little bit in these big games. But this team looks ready. They have to stay hungry. One thing that Sark is preaching that I LOVE right now is “We are not entitled to ANYTHING!” That mentality could get them a Championship win. Work hard and be grateful for the progress. Never get entitled or worry about the rankings or outside noise.

Like where do you come up with this????? the close games last year winning those, the bama game in their home turf!!!! just rolling over Michigan last weekend. Why not be confident.. not cocky confident… in my 45years of being a horns fan.. I can say all the pieces are in place.. AD, HC,staff players….

I know you ran numbers on blue chips when Strong and Herman was at Texas. I'm interested in what the blue/super blue chip Delta was between Tx and these teams (AL, GA, Ohio St, LSU) the day Sark arrive, and what that Delta is today.

All the hype and unneeded pressure is unnecessary, no1 wants to play with expectations
