Why the 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE is my favourite model Highlander! 

Just bought the exact same XLE 2 weeks ago. Still getting use to it. Up graded from a Rav4. The only thing I do not like is the technology of the screen. The Entune is no good. I don't like having to hook a cord from my phone just to get navigation to work. You would think that the dash screen would be more advanced for the price you pay for the car. Do you have any suggestions as to how to bypass the cord connection?

Got it in silver blacked out the emblems and changed fog lights to aftermarket horizontal LEDs and roof rack an side molding im happy. Just wish the rims were standard so I could get black skins lol

Just got one for the wife! Love the xle . Was going with the limited but they seem a bit over priced compared to the XLE. Honestly the only thing you don’t get is the paromanic sunroof and the bigger screen on the XLE in comparison to the limited and platinum. You get a bargain of a suv with the XLE. The hyundai palisade wins in space and looks in my opinion the best one comparing to the Honda Pilot , Kia, Nissan Pathfinder , and others in the same Segment. But Toyota you really can’t go wrong with the reliability and fuel economy.

On my 2018 LE model , you can open the rear glass separate from the hatch. Which model Highlander now has that feature?

Get the hybrid. It's worth it. Look up for AA wireless for Android auto. Hopefully more devices coming for cordless android auto.

I'm considering a Highlander. One thing I can't find data on is how much space behind the car do you need to open the back hatch? Important for a small garage. If anyone has one and can tell me it would be appreciated. Thanks.

My dealership doesn't have white color in stock therefore I can not imagine the color combination. I am thinking about either black or gray. what color would go better with pearl white exterior color?

How does the synthetic leather on the seats and steering wheel do in hot weather states like Florida? Does your back sweat vs real leather? If so, it might be a good reason to go up to the Limited. I think you get ventilated seats. Also Alex on Autos says that the Limited and Platinum get a better torque vectoring AWD system.

Soft tex is another name for ''fake leather'', a great cost saving trick by the company. At this price Toyota should offer pure leather and not fool people. Many if not most people will buy this SUV thinking they bought an suv with leather seats.

This car is terrible. 3rd row is unusable for anyone who is not the size of a hobbit. My old crown vic had more room in the back than this vehicle. I could fit 4 people in the back of my crown vic, in this thing you can fit 2 normal size adults..... Like I don't get the logic -- YES it has two rows that are useable but the 3rd row is a gimmick and def not worth the msrp given the current inflation on prices because of whatever shortage is going on
