You can tell a lot about a person based on the care they put into their craft and how they do things. I’m thinking this woman has a golden personality and is an amazing human being. Nice and clean. One thing I noticed with older cooks and fried rice. They flip rice and the spoon fills, they squish it againts the wok. Than the spoon they slap it into the plate perfectly round as fried rice comes out. Whereas she uses a bowl. Then flips it out perfect. Different methods or does it come with experience?
Looks delicious. I like the attention she pays to the perfection of a dish. We eat with our eyes too. I don't even like meat but it makes me want to eat some anyway. Cheers mate
