Tears started to form when Pastor said he wasn’t sure he could communicate what his heart felt about meeting Jesus in the Bible, because I immediately understood what he was getting at. Amen. Thank you Jesus ❤
Look at all that has came of your obedience to the Lord! Keep fighting the good fight Pastor! I frequently use enduring word to add insight to my Bible studies. God bless you ♥️

Such an encouraging comment to receive and such a powerful message to encourage others with - the academic, scholarly, and archeological/historicity-minded studies and perspectives can be surely fascinating, enriching, and even edifying - but none of it even comes close to the power, majesty, and reality of the Word itself. Thank you for sharing this and for your kind words and support. May God bless you and keep you and cause His face to shine upon you.
Thank you Pastor David This is the word that Inspired the English Pastor, Charles Haddon Spurgeon! Isa 45: 21-25 So come to me said Jesus Revelation 22:16-17Let him take The free Gift of the living Water of Life Amen
I genuinely appreciated this one (and am heading to "How to Read the Bible" next). I have Asperger's and really struggle with understanding the ye olde speak of the bible. Pastor's like you (and some other amazing ones I follow) make it all a little easier! I have a desperate need of Christ, but a smooth brain lol
Amen! I try to promote reading the word of God in secular youtube channel comments and make many of the same points made here. One analogy I use is that imagine that you misplaced your Bible and your search for that lost bible was EXPONENTIALLY more intense that if you misplaced your TV remote control.
Here's a post I made to a youtube podcaster who seems to be struggling to find the truth and meaning of life... *Where did we come from?* God created us and the universe... truth to that is in the Book of Genesis and by simply taking a look around. Or we could try to embrace the scientific impossibility that nothing created everything. *Why are we here?* It's all through the bible and it's to glorify God and to eventually believe what Jesus did for this fallen world, then in having found our faith we gain internal peace while we're here on Earth and eternity with him hereafter. Or we can turn away and be forever separated from the presence of God. And that's also the answer the the last big question which is *what happens after we die.* So, why not just put any preconceived notions aside, and open up to the idea that maybe the bible could really be the Word of God, then put some real effort into reading and understanding it? What would one have to lose except for a little bit of time away from your TV, phone and computer? Prayers for you, Nathan, and anyone else out there with even the slightest hint of willingness to give it a shot.
