The main problem with sports cars is not because they are not fun and exciting, It's that Families need passenger space and Cargo room to haul a lot of their stuff household items and furniture and transporting larger items something 2 door coupes cannot do, that is why If you have a sports car you should at least have a SUV on the side.
I disagree. Due to regulations, it simply doesn’t make sense for them financially to produce large combustion engines. They drag their fleet’s average fuel economy down (how they are regulated) in order to cater to a small segment. When the Camaro comes back, it, like the Charger, will be a butcher electric vehicle (hybrid at best). The only thing that could change it is a global technology/viewpoint shift away from EVs. Ford will eventually do the same, the only reason that they haven’t is because the Mustang has been continually produced since its inception and they don’t want to break that.
I think, you might be making similar case in a different way of wording, lol. I can see them doing PHEV for sure, I think most are okay with that since you get the best of both worlds. A full EV, I don’t see them doing, eventually one of the states or depending how November goes, could crack down on EV regulations making them more efficient and use less energy. I can see the next Mustang being PHEV, they have the technology in the Escape. GM on the other hand, doesn’t seem to have any PHEV in the US. It will be interesting for sure.
The camaro is best enjoyed with a V8 and manual transmission point blank period, if it comes back as a EV thats the moment they will lose me as a customer😊.
lol. Dont be such a muscle head. Your probably pissed I have a 6 cylinder Camaro. These big gas guzzler days are over my friend. I don’t want an electric car either but you going to see battery or hybrid from now on. That being said. Camaro is over and it should be called something else but they look at it like the future is here and this is it.
