Household appliances...an iron for my birthday ; a four slice toaster for Christmas; electric knife for Mother's day; thank heavens for Valentine's day, a small box of chocolates (to be shared among the 7 of us)...this went on for years until one year at Christmas time I gave my husband a list of 25 personal items for him to choose one from, you guessed it...on Christmas morning I had a stack of 25 presents!!!

Long long time. B4 he is King, not ready yet, more training needed bless him his father's been in training over 70yrs, that's how much knowledge is needed to do this job, & they will both need God's help to do it, just like her Majesty, she was anointed by God, & both father & son will be too, this is why the Queen has been on the throne so long, she made God a promise & the people, that she would serve till the end of her life so that's why she will not abdicate, unless of course something drastic happens, it won't because God's hand is upon her. Praise God!

I am Aussie and I voted for us to ditch the monarch as head of state in a referendum in the 90's. But this guy has me all confused. He is really nice and down to earth. He is an amazing ambassador for the Commonwealth. I never saw myself having a change of heart, but maybe I am.

Pretty ambivalent towards the royal family, but it’s impossible not like like Wills. Always has come across like a nice bloke, and you can tell it’s not from a place of trying to be false. And given some of the utter weirdos in his family currently, I’d say that’s a pretty big achievement. Well done to Crouchy and co for making him feel at ease doing this, this could have been an awkward one for both the listener and him, but you can tell he genuinely enjoyed doing this with them. 👏🏻

Love the way the royals are adapting to stay relevant, im not by any means anti royal, but the way William has opened himself to the lower/middle classes so freely and comfortably is vital the way things are going politically. The power they have to shine light on certain subjects is unbelievable, ill never forget the mental health documentary William, Harry and Kate for the BBC, they effectively got the whole country talking about real less spoken about issues in a half hour program. I mean, who could be against that?

This is WHY the Monarchy is safe for many years to come. Yes Diana wanted both her boy's to know how other people lived, what "normal life" is like but let's not forget both Prince Charles & The Queen had to give their consent to it. Sadly Harry doesn't want to be "normal" in anyway but with William, sitting comfortably, openly sharing these parts of his life without any airs or graces I think we can see what a great idea Diana set in place. William is set to become King one day & Prince George will have a great role model to learn from.... Well done Peter Crouch & co, this is an excellent podcast

It is called "The Peter Crouch Podcast" and with such an unusual guest, it is for Peter to set the tone. This was a totally relaxed chat between four guys where it is clear that William is thoroughly enjoying himself. Peter is a very likeable guy and what comes across is that he and William enjoy more than a passing acquaintanceship. Respect to Peter for not blabbing to the press about it.

Love seeing Prince William so relaxed and natural. I think it would be a hoot to hang out with him. Too bad Harry got a hair stuck crossways and went off in a huff......he's missing out on a lot of good times with his brother. BTW, William has a great laugh....reminds me of my brother's laugh.

When I married my second husband, I told him that for any occasion that he wished to gift me....birthday, Christmas, anniversary., etc. ....one rose would be a perfect gift. First Christmas I received a frying pan!

Henry West Well said. I’m a royalist too and just loved this. This was great. The misconception is that the BRF are a stuffy bunch, not at all, they have a laugh and it is well reported that HM has a great sense of humour. They don’t take themselves as seriously as we think. Good on Wills. ☺️🇬🇧

I didn’t think it was possible to love Prince William more than I already did and do. But to see him so happy, so laid back, so real, so authentic and just having fun with the boys- love grew on a whole new level. Absolutely adore him. He’s going to be a brilliant King

Not even for a second did I ever feel that this great man hails from a great family. Such is his modesty. We tend to have more respect for such people. Wouldn't mind monarchy if person like him is at the helm of it.

Just look what Harry’s turned his back on ! My grandma used to say “Marry in haste, regret in leisure “ I’m a great grandma myself now, but I still remember the odd/old sayings !! Another one was “With this ring I thee wed, with my hand I’ll slap your head” weird yeah?!!

It's wonderful to see William so chilled. I always have a feeling he stepped back to allow his younger brother to take on the chill factor because H is petulant and doesn't have any other role. Go ahead W, take back that space!
