Watching this after Reita's departure from this world hits hard, they were the band that introduced me to vkei, I loved metalcore, nu metal and deathcore for years already but I fell for The Gazette, even though I slowly started to listen to other vkei bands they are still my one and only favorite, their music is deep, aggressive and at the same time beautiful and heartbreaking, the balance between all of them shows and you can see how much they love music, I will forever miss and yearn for Reita and for the band to be complete, no words can express his absence, still I'm thankful they want to keep their promise to Reita, that The Gazette will live forever, I hope more people finds them and falls in love, I can't believe that when they came to CDMX I was about to find out about them 3 months later.

I knew them in 2008 and their music is just so different and brainwashing. There just isn't any other band that can do the same magic they have done on me

i would sell my organs to see them perform seriously.

Great explainatory video on the Gazette. Started listening to them in 2019 and a fan until now. was surprised they explored wide genre of styles in their music, which is interesting with skillful players. Would die happy if I could watch them live. Thank you for this video!

This is a nice video. I've been a fan of theirs for 15 years and saw them live, many of what u said is true, they're very experimental and do new things. The individual personalities really helped not only from a music standpoint, like you'll still hear fans talking about how kind and nice Kai is for making food for the band members nearly 10+ years ago, or Uruha never being able escape the "alien made the pyramids" comment he made in 2013. 💀

The GazettE really are amazing. I started listening to their music in 2019 and also went to their concert in Cologne, Germany in the same year. It's been 4 years, the memories from this day are still so vibrant as if they were from last week, and I wish I could see them perform again. I haven't listened to any of their songs since 2021 because I got into other music genres as well and life just decided to move along and I had to go with it. But I've started getting back into the fandom this summer, started downloading a bunch of their songs which I remembered to be my favorite, and I immediately felt like I just came back home. I think what makes a good musician/band is that you can stop listening to their music, come back years later and just feel happy the exact moment you hear the song start. I am so thankful to them, they've accompanied me through the most beautiful period of my life and I don't think I'd be where I am today, if it wasn't for them. If I can ever afford it, I will go to Japan to see them again, unless they go on another world tour before that happens, which I sincerely hope they do.

thank you so much for the explanation video!! despite being their fan since I was 14 years old (that was 13 years ago), I don't think my words about them will ever do them justice. this is an ode to the GazettE imo. may their well earned popularity will sustain forever.
