This was absolute steal for NYK. Last year they lost to miami mainly due to lack of spacing on offense. Now they addressed that by adding guys like Donte , OG , and now Bojan. This team is dangerous

I don't get this narrative that Thibs "overplays" or "overworks" his players. At least not with us. No player in our current roster or before the trades were at the top of MPG. And just like every team that has star players, they play the most minutes because they need them to play in order to win. If we had a bunch of muscle injuries or injuries cuaesed by fatigue I would definitely be on board with thay narrative, but we don't, Randle was a unfortunate injury, JB rolled his ankle making a basketball play, OG has had a history of injuries and his elbow didn't get like that from "overshooting" because its not like hes the focal point on the offense. Maybe he could be blamed for D-Rose, but those were different times, even though it wasn't long ago, basketball is played differently and players have changed mindset a lot in just recent times. D-Rose had knee problems going back to college but he also wanted to be out playing all the time. And lets be honest, its not like those Bulls teams had much help for Rose other than Luol Deng and Jimmy later on Rose's career. And on that note, Jimmy played major minutes for Thibs and hes been injury free as much as anybody who has played for Thibs. We only hear this narrative because most teams "load manage" their players so much now, and the Knicks as a coaching staff and as players dont do that. The Knicks players want to be out there and play every game possible. And yes in blowouts, he takes them out, but as we saw the other night against the Grizzlies, 20 point leads with 8mins to go aren't exactly safe in this modern NBA. If it was 5mins left he probably would've taken JB and Dante and Big Hart out but we just don't know in this current NBA
