Nintendo dropped the Wii in 2006, and it was arguably one of the most groundbreaking innovations not just for Nintendo, but for the entire gaming/entertainment industry as a whole. In this video, I explain why I think the Nintendo Wii paved the way for future games / systems’ developments and why this is still relevant today in 2023.
The simple mechanics keep myself and many others coming back to it to this day, and if you haven’t played in a while, I hope that this video encourages you to get back on the bike and start playing again.

The Wii Console was my straight up childhood and i wanna experience it again! Sometime i'll be getting Spectrobes Origins, Bakugan and Mario Party 8 so i can have a blast in the past with my best friend! Also a couple of wii remote chargers just incase! 👍🏻

i still find myself going back and playing it.. I grew up with gamecube but was still a little too young to fully appreciate it at the time, so when i look back and think of my childhood glory days, it always comes back to the wii. THE GOAT

Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, Wii Play, Wii Party, Wii Music, Mario Kart Wii, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Mario Party 8, Mario Sports Mix, Animal Crossing City Folk, Mario Super Sluggers, Mario Strikers Charged, New Super Mario Bros Wii, Wii Fit Plus, Super Mario Galaxy 1&2, and Punch-Out!! Are all great games that I consistently go back to when I’m tired of modern gaming. DS, Wii, and 3DS were the golden era of Nintendo in my opinion

Even though the Switch is 'technically' better and has out-sold the Wii, I still believe the Wii and the DS will always be Nintendo's most iconic consoles. (In fact the Switch still hasn't outsold the DS yet)

I'm confused. You have 29,000 subscribers, but this video only has 640 views? 1:00: Correction: The GameCube is NOT looked back on as a "great console." Nintendo fanboys say that, but then they also say that about the Wii U. The best that can be said about either is that they were the third best and third best-selling console of their era. Their libraries of games are miniscule compared to the others. You reveal yourself as a Nintendo fanboy who only listens to other fanboys when you make such a claim about the failed GameCube.
