No contact definitely works. 4 years of FWB's we never got into a fight. Finally went into a relationship after a year of her asking for it. In 4 days she started 2 fights with me and ended it. I didn't beg or plead, didn't chase. In 3 weeks she sent me this emoji 👀 I had no clue what that mean so I ignored it and went on with my life. 3 days later she sent me another texting saying "So you're ignoring me now"? We talked on the phone and the very first thing she said after the small talk of, how are you, how you been, she said I miss you. Moral of the story, stay in no contact people. It works, it's hard as hell, but worth it.

Agreed. I hesitate to call no contact “wrong” or “dysfunctional.” Different strokes for different folks. But I feel strongly that if an issue cannot be addressed and resolved with positive, respectful communication, it’s not a good fit for me. I’m honest and sincere and I don’t say hard things I don’t mean. If someone says they don’t want to see me anymore, I believe them and I cut my losses. If it was all a ploy or test for me to “prove myself” by chasing, I flunked. If they need a “temporary break” I’m moving forward. Maybe we’ll catch up later or maybe not.

I totally agree with this. I remember one day I had a date with a woman and it was fun. I didn't reveal more about myself to her. The next day I decided to remain quiet, doing my stuff. She later called me, I don't know for what reason. I didn't pick the call. She call 3 more times. Still I didn't pick the call. At night she finally called. I picked and I started greeting her. She wanted to know why I didn't pick up her call and also asked me if she did something bad to me as a result of rejecting her call. I was short of words. I couldn't even respond. To my surprise she apologized and wanted us to meet again to know what's going on. My expectation was that she was supposed to leave me after rejecting her calls but in reality, it is the opposite. Now I see why No Contact rule works.

Look guys let me give you a tip. If you go no contact with someone, which you didn’t spend enough time before going no contact. It may not work. Best trick is : before going no contact just give her your full attention for day or 2 than she will push away from you little. After just text her and go no contact. The no contact break will be intense for her and you but it will work much better. I know it’s kinda manipulative but if you come this far to apply this trick to someone than you need to rethink your values and purpose in life.

I just experienced it’s effectiveness just 3 hours ago. My girlfriend suddenly pulled away after 4 months of our times together on a daily basis. I felt like emotional shit got thrown at me. Hi Chris.. Thanks for this great video and book, which I also own..! 👍 So I've been in radio silence since the last contact with my ex a few weeks ago.. I VERY rarely post on social medias, but now I want to start showing my active, social and positive lifestyle.. I'm not too keen about selfies, so I usually just shoot non-selfies.. I look better in the real world than in photos, ha ha.. 😎😜 Does it matter to post selfies, or is it enough to post photos from my activities or the nature I experience combined with funny and positive comments about what I experience..? I mean, does a selfies create more missing feelings for my ex than just a non-selfie photo from me..? I'm almost sure she's in a rebound relationship.. Thanks for your answer in advance..

I've made a huge mistake in my relationship, i asked my gf about a guy that she was talking about, because i found out that he liked all her pics on instagram, and i saw that she liked his new pic, and a VERY VERY OLD one. The problem is that im not close to her right now, and it will take a while for us to meet again. After that, admiting my mistake to myself i started being an alpha again, doing the no contact rule worked well.

No contact only works if the girl still cares. If she’s already talking to someone new then it most likely won’t work. It’s only jeopardizing your chances with her as she’s sharing her time with something new and shiny.

What about when i have been in no contact for over 3 months working on myself, and she reaches out asking some random thing about a story she saw with my baby brother in it, then 2 weeks later again reaches out asking about how my family back home is, as there are some problems in my area in my country. I replied to both respectfully and to the point, i didn't freak out or act overly excited. However, the conversation died out, now i feel like shit waiting for the next time she messages, i have so much urge to reach out to her and ask to meet up but I am terrified it will push her back, I feel I am stuck and i do not know what to do. Please someone advise me.

Id like your advice with regards to his friends. what happens if his friends get involved during this time. If they keep mentioning me to him, telling him he’s made a mistake breaking up with me, and asking me to meet up with them as they now consider me their friend even though I only met them through him. Will their well meaning interference be counter productive? Should I keep my distance from them during the no contact period? Grateful for any advice

It even works when I go out alone. Earbuds in, looking too hip for the place, NEVER have eye-contact with other than the staff....Works wonders - the girls contact ME in bars, asking questions. I even tried some props when going out alone - a lollipop can work wonders, if you wear a suit like me :)

Do the "No contact rule" actually works for a person that you've been datuing for about 7years and suddenly she seems to loose interest and apparently behaves strangely, doesn't engage, doesnt call as frequent, texts when she is in need, doesn't conversate as regularly, and seemingly she doesn't even support my struggle anymore How can I apply this rule? Do you recommend to stay in no contact for ca. 30 days ? Or do you only have to wait till she reaches out ? P.s. I agree undoing NC after 30 days will undo your momentum, you will feel rejection twice and your EX's interest level is down. No Contact means no contact. It is as long as it takes until your Ex reaches out. 6-10 weeks is usually when your Ex will reach out. It can also be sooner or longer.

So my Gf broke up with me on the 5th so it's been 2 weeks and she cut tie by unfriended me on Fb,snap and assume she block my number as well. I'm seeing a life coach and to try to see if there is even a chance. Our relationship was a long distance, but we always made it work with FT,snap text , and me visiting her every month for a week.
